FAQs
Does this fan function like an air conditioner?
This tower fan will not function and cool like an air conditioner, but it keeps the air circulating and can pair with your AC unit for more energy-saving cooling.
Can I adjust the temperature on the LED display?
We are sorry that it can not be adjusted. The temperature shown on the display is measured by the built-in temperature sensor to indicate the ambient temperature.
Is this fan quiet when it's running?
The minimum noise level is about 35dB. In rare situations, there might be abnormal noise due to mishandling during transit. If the fan is not running properly, please contact our customer support for warranty request.
Why are thumbscrews or remote control not included in my package?
Dreo products were shipped and stored in Amazon warehouses, and some of the cargos will be opened for inspection, during which some accessories might get lost. Please contact us and we will arrange the shipment of the missing item(s) in 3-5 days. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Why is the battery not included in my package?
The battery is pre-installed on the remote control. Please check the remote control to see if the battery is inside.
