Q: Why is the tower fan not quiet?
A: Note: It is 44, 55 and 66db at low, medium and high speed respectively.
The noise level is about 44dB at low speed. The higher the gear setting of the tower fan, the louder the noise will be. We recommend turning down the fan speed to see if the noise will be reduced. Please try the following steps.
If you can, please take a short video and send it to support@dreo.com as soon as possible.
Please relocate the fan.
Then try to apply lubricant to the base if the noise only happens while the fan rotates.
How does sleep mode work?
Normally, fan speed reduces from the set speed every half an hour until it reaches low speed, then continues in Sleep mode until turned off manually or via timer. The LED display will automatically turn off after 30 seconds under Sleep mode.

A: Please test with the remote control.
If you can, please take a short video and send it to support@dreo.com as soon as possible.
