Why my tower fan won’t turn on?

Make sure that the cord is connected to a powered outlet and the
mains voltage corresponds with the voltage indicated on the fan.
Check if the power adaptor is securely inserted into the power outlet and the tower fan.
To Press the power button on the control panel or via remote.

Why is there no air coming out?

Please re-plug the power adapter.
Then press the power button/remote control.
Please switch the fan speed to a higher level.
We recommend you check the air inlet/outlet and see if there are any obstacles and abnormal deformations.

Why is the tower fan not powerful?

Please switch the fan speed to a higher level and normal mode.
Remove any tall obstacles that might block the airflow from the fan.
Position the tower fan closer to you to get more direct airflow.
Note that this is not an air conditioner. Combine with your AC unit to circulate air more efficiently.

Why my tower fan is making vibrations and noise?

Place the fan on a flat, level surface.
Check whether the base of the tower fan is correctly assembled.
Do not operate the tower fan if the base has not been installed.

How can I mute the prompt sound?

Method 1: Short press the mute button on the remote control to turn on/off button sounds.
Method 2: Long press the mode button on the control panel to turn on/off button sounds.

How does sleep mode work?

Usually, fan speed decreases every 30 minutes. Speed decreases by three or two levels at most and will remain constant if at level 3,2 or 1.
The sound of the prompt will automatically turn off.

Why is the Oscillation function not working?

Check if the fan body is stuck or entangled by the cable.
Press the oscillation button on the control panel or via remote. Please check if there’s an Oscillation icon on the top right corner of the screen.

Why does this fan auto shut off after 15 hours?

The tower fan was designed to shut off automatically after continuously running for 15 hours for safety concerns.

My remote control does not work. What should I do?

Remote control batteries are old & used or inserted incorrectly in the battery compartment.
•Replace with new batteries. Follow the polarity guide inside the battery compartment.

Where can I get a replacement remote/ power adaptor?

How to connect the tower fan with the APP?

Launch Dreo and sign in or create an account by following in-app instructions. (Verify your email address to continue)
Once you log in, tap ADD Device on the app. (Make sure to enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and plug in the Dreo appliance).
Select the Dreo appliance you want to link.
Hold the Tower Fan Oscillation button for 5 seconds to start network settings and device pairing. The WiFi icon will keep flashing when pairing.
Select your WiFi, enter your password, and tap Next to connect to the network. The WiFi icon will keep flashing when pairing.
You are now ready to control the appliance on your app. Start by giving your Tower Fan a new name! Hold the oscillation button again for 5 seconds to restart the network setup.

Why is the tower fan unable to connect with WiFi?

Please check that your WiFi is stable.
Please disconnect the WiFi with your tower fan to restart the network setup.

Well thought of......

Great fan, I have two of these in. My house, I will be getting another. I like the natural setting in the app. Very good plus I never use the remote always my phone to set the fan. As I have dogs at home while I'm at work, if it gets worm - I love the idea I can set the fan speed for them so I know they will be chilled and I can see the room temperature on the app. If your thinking of getting one of these fans. Get it - you won't regret it.

Great fan, but…

This is a quiet and streamlined-looking fan, which I expected from the reviews. Easy/fast to assemble, too.

The various functions it has are great, BUT a very important one, the angle/sweep of the oscillating function can ONLY be performed by downloading the app to your smart phone.

The product descriptions for the Dreo fans state you may download the app to control fan, but not that you must in order to adjust between the 30/60/90/120 degree sweep capabilities.

Why on earth would they make it that the user can control everything else by using the remote provided and the tower panel - but not this oscillation function?

Design flaw IMHO.

A blow hard fan

Very easy to setup and get connected to Alexa. From 10' away with the fan set at 3 there was a gentle breeze and the fan was completely silent. I think it will work very well to move air this coming summer.

The smart feature allows you to control the fan through dreo Apps. You can change the speed, timer and degree of oscillation!

What set this apart is that the fan have temperature setting mode. This mean you can have the fan go faster or slower based on the current temperature.

You can also set the timer for when the fan should shut off automatically.
Perfect for those sleeping and don't want to wake up to turn off the fan.

Also, you can turn off the screen light and zero beeping sound if you desire. Perfect for those sleeping.

This fan is powerful and yet quiet at the same time. The only noise would be the powerful wind noise!

For those who likes to have a remote, this Tower Fan comes with that as well.

This smart fan will last you decades with so many smart features.
