How long does the battery last?
The Battery Pack Capacity is 3000mAh. A full charge takes 6 hours. When in Eco-mode, the vacuum cleaner can work up to 50-60 minutes. In Auto mode, it can work for 20-30 minutes. When in Max or turbo mode, it works for about 17 minutes

How do I clean the HEPA filter?
Although it is stated that the HEPA filter can be cleaned by running water, there might be a possibility that the dust may well be mixed with water to create moles. You can simply remove the filter and shake the dust off. We recommend you replace the filter every 3 months, or when the HEPA icon alerts on the LED display.
What should I do if the suction power of the vacuum cleaner decreases after a period of use?
a. Clean the HEPA every time when you clean the dust cup. Rotate the filter lid counterclockwise and pull out the filter unit, then shake the dust off
b. It is recommended to replace the HEPA filter every 3 months. Please contact our support team to replace the HEPA filter
c. Regularly clean up the cyclone assembly
d. Pay attention to check whether the dustbin or metal rod connection is damaged or air leakage
Q:What should I do if the suction performance is not ideal when I clean the pets’ hair or the carpet?
A:We recommend you set the suction gear to the highest level. If the issue still persists, our support team can provide rollers designed for pets’ hair and carpets.
What should I do if the brushroll stop rolling, along with an error code “88” one the LED panel?
a. Clean the brushroll first to see if there is any object inside that part.
b. Check whether the LED light located on the top of the brushroll is on.
c. Check whether the HEPA icon on the control panel is flashing.
d. Clean the dustbin in time.
Why the sound is noisy when the vacuum cleaner is working?
a. Clean the dustbin and HEPA regularly for blockages
b. Check whether there is air leakage in the dustbin and whether the sealing ring is in good condition
c. Check whether the cyclone assembly is installed in place
