The OSC function of my fan quit working, how do I fix it?
Please check if there's an OSC icon on the lower right corner of the screen to make sure whether the OSC function has been turned on.
Check if the fan body is stuck or entangled by the cable.
The LED screen is too bright, how can I turn it off?
You can turn off the LED screen when pressing the ON/OFF button for more than 3 seconds.
When the heater is in sleep mode. The screen will be turned off in 30 seconds.
My fan shuts off randomly, how do I fix it?
Make sure if it is due to that the timer is on.
Check if the AUTO icon on the display is on. If it is on and the ambient temperature lower than 23.89℃/75℉, the fan will stop with AUTO symbol flashing on LED Display.
My fan is very flimsy/the base is very wobbly, is there anything wrong with my fan?
Check whether the floor is flat.
Check whether the base of the tower fan is normal. Foreign objects may affect stability.
Check whether the base and the screws are fully intact, confirm the power cord is attached inside the holes
The buttons on the panel control/The remote does not work, how can I do about it?
Control panel not working: Test with the remote control.
Take a short video of this issue.
Remote not working: Test by controlling the tower fan via the control panel.
Replace the battery in the remote as instructions in the User Manual.
You can also test it via the DREO APP or Alexa.
Note: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type
How does the sleep mode work?
Normally, fan speed reduces from the set speed every half an hour until it reaches low speed, then continues in Sleep mode until turned off manually or via timer. The speed will decrease by two levels at most, and will remain constant if at level 1. The LED display will automatically turns off after 30 seconds under Sleep mode.
My fan is very noisy, is there anything I can do to reduce the noise?
The noise level is about 44dB at low speed. The higher the gear setting of the tower fan, the louder the noise will be. We recommend turning down the fan speed to see if the noise will be reduced. Please try the following steps:
Take a short video for us to confirm if it is abnormal.
Relocate the fan.
Try to apply lubricant to the base if the noise only happens while the fan rotates.
Note: It is 44, 55 and 66dB at low, medium and high speed respectively.
The fan speed is very low, it does not push out much air and it feels weak, is my fan defective?
Switch the fan speed to a higher one.
Switch to normal mode.
Clean the inlet grills.
The temperature display on the fan display is different from the actual reading on my thermometer, is the thermometer sensor inside the fan defective?
Please send a picture of the temperature on the display.
It is normal if the temperature difference is less than ±3℃/37.4℉.
The fan is able to be powered on, all the buttons are working, but there is no air coming out, I believe the fan is defective?
Re-plug the power adapter.
Press the power button/remote control to power on.
Check the fan inlet/outlet.
Check whether the fan is spinning, it can be viewed from both sides.
My fan is not turning on, how can I do to fix it?
Check if the indicator of the display is on, ensure that the voltage and frequency is the same as required in the User Manual (US: 120V 60Hz) or test with another socket.
Make sure if the power button on the control panel is abnormal by turning it on via the remote control or the DREO APP and Alexa.
How to connect the tower fan with the Dreo APP?
Launch Dreo and sign in or create account by following in-app instructions. (Verify your email address to continue)
Once your`re logged in, tap ADD Device on the app. (Make sure to enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and plug in the Dreo appliance)
Select the Dreo appliance you want to link.
Hold the Oscillation button on the appliance for 5 seconds to start network settings and device pairing. The WiFi icon will keep flashing when pairing.
Select your WiFi, enter password and tap Next to connect to the network. The WiFi icon will keep flashing when pairing.
You're now ready to control the appliance on your app. Let's start by giving your appliance a new name! To restart network setup, hold the Oscillation button again for 5 seconds.
Why is the tower fan unable to connect with WiFi?
Please check your WiFi is stable.
Please disconnect the WiFi with your tower fan to restart the network setup.
How do I do to clean the fan? What is the maintenance sequence?
Be sure to disconnect the appliance from the mains by switching it off and removing the plug from the power outlet before cleaning.
Use only a soft cloth to gently wipe the outer surfaces of the fan.
To clean between the grills, we recommend using a pipe cleaner, flexible dust wand, vacuum cleaner or compressed air to gently remove the dust.
DO NOT immerse the fan in water and never allow water to drip into the motor housing.
DO NOT use gasoline, paint thinner or other chemicals to clean the fan.
For storage, you may leave the fan assembled and covered to protect it from dust. Store the fan in a cool, dry place.
