DREO Membership Terms
Welcome to the DREO Membership Program! Please carefully read the following terms to learn about membership rights and entitlements.
1.Definition
This program is operated by DREO.com (hereinafter referred to as "DREO"). It is only applicable to the DREO.com website (hereinafter referred to as "the website") and does not apply to third-party platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, etc.
The "points" issued under this program are virtual benefits provided by the website. They do not possess any cash value and do not constitute the user's personal property.
2.Registration
Enrollment of the DREO Membership Program is free of charge and requires no purchase. However, a DREO Store account is required to enroll in the program. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how the account owner's information will be used. This program is void where prohibited by law.
Only individuals aged 13 or above may register. Corporate accounts, impersonated identities, or non-human entities are strictly prohibited from participating.
Members are fully responsible for the security of their accounts. Any losses resulting from shared accounts or disclosure of login credentials will be borne solely by the user.
Any form of commercial use, resale of points, or bulk account registration is strictly forbidden. Violations may result in account termination.
To create an account:
- Visit the DREO Store and click [here] to go directly to the registration page.
- Enter the email address and password as instructed. There will also be an option to subscribe to our newsletter in the page.
- Once all required information have been submitted, the account will be created and automatically enrolled in the membership program.
3.Membership Points
3.1 Normal Points
How to Get Points
Prerequisites: To earn points for online purchases, a DREO Store account must be logged in. Login status can be checked at any time by clicking the user icon in the top right corner of the website.
From purchases: Each $1 spent grants 1 point.
From the following activities:
Subscribing to newsletter: 300 points
Creating an account: 300 points
Entering the account owner's birthday: 18% off discount
Referral rewards:
REFERRED FRIEND REWARD: A confirmed visit via the referral link grants a $5 discount (usually granted on their first successful purchase).
REFERRING CUSTOMER REWARD: When the referred person completes their first purchase, for each $1 they spent, the referrer is granted 1 point (based on the actual paid amount).
Limitations
Points will not be granted in the following situations:
The portion of the payment made using coupons or gift cards.
Orders that are returned, rejected, or canceled.
The system includes anti-fraud mechanisms (such as IP and device monitoring). If any suspicious activity is detected, the website reserves the right to deduct related points and restrict account activity accordingly.
3.2 Event Points
The DREO Store hosts promotional events from time to time. These events can grant Event Points, which is different from normal DREO points in terms of how it can be obtained and used. The specific rules will be listed on the corresponding event page. Please make sure to carefully read these rules and be fully aware of all related entitlements.
4.Redeeming Points
4.1 What can be redeemed
Store discounts:
DREO Points can be redeemed for discounts on DREO Store purchases. Every 100 points can be converted to a $1 discount.

4.2 Limitations
Points cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash.
Discounts redeemed with points are subject to the following usage conditions:
100 points = $1 coupon. No minimum spend. Can be combined with welcome discount and product discounts.
200 points = $2 coupon. No minimum spend. Can be combined with welcome discount and product discounts.
300 points = $3 coupon. No minimum spend. Can be combined with welcome discount and product discounts.
400 points = $4 coupon. No minimum spend. Can be combined with welcome discount and product discounts.
500 points = $5 coupon. No minimum spend. Can be combined with welcome discount and product discounts.
600 points = $6 coupon. No minimum spend. Can be combined with welcome discount and product discounts.
700 points = $7 coupon. Minimum spend: $50. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
800 points = $8 coupon. Minimum spend: $50. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
900 points = $9 coupon. Minimum spend: $50. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
1000 points = $10 coupon. Minimum spend: $70. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
2000 points = $20 coupon. Minimum spend: $130. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
3000 points = $30 coupon. Minimum spend: $200. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
4000 points = $40 coupon. Minimum spend: $260. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
5000 points = $50 coupon. Minimum spend: $330. Cannot be combined with other discounts.
Points earned through an order will be revoked if the order is refunded.
5.Valid Duration
Regular points are valid for 365 days from the date of issuance and will be automatically cleared upon expiration.
Discounts redeemed with points will expire 30 days after redemption.
The system will send a reminder via in-site message or app notification 30 days before point expiration.
The validity period for event points is subject to the specific rules of each event.
6.Account Termination & Banning
Account termination may be requested by contacting us at support@dreo.com. We will process the request within 7 business days.
Accounts may be terminated or permanently banned by the website, depending on the severity of the violation, for the following actions:
Fraudulent transactions or forged orders.
Illegal transfer or sale of membership points.
Bulk registrations or technical manipulation/cheating.
All points in a terminated or banned account will be immediately invalidated and will not be restored.
7.Disclaimer and Program Modifications
7.1 Website Rights
The website reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this program without prior notice; however, users will be informed 30 days in advance via an announcement on the official website.
In the event of erroneous point issuance due to system errors, the website has the right to make corrections and bears no legal liability.
7.2 User Responsibilities
In accordance with Chinese tax laws, if the value of a single point redemption exceeds RMB 800, the user is responsible for reporting and paying taxes to the relevant tax authority.
In cases of force majeure (e.g., system failure, server interruption) that result in point loss, the website's maximum compensation shall be limited to the user's average point value over the past 30 days.
8.Appealing
For any objections regarding point earning, usage, or account actions, the account owner may submit an appeal within 7 days by contacting us and providing supporting evidence via the customer service email.
We will review and respond to the appeal within 15 business days of receiving the request.
