The system does not filter water
- Replace them and make sure they are in place. Make sure that the floats in the tank and pitcher lid are correctly installed.
- Close the cover until a beep is heard. Make sure that the float is installed correctly as instructed in the section "Cleaning".
- Remove the raw water tank and pour out the remaining water, then refill it and place it back.
- Remove the filters and install them according to the instructions.
- Contact customer service.
Inconsistent TDS value between TDS test pen and LED display
The TDS value deviation of up to 50 for pure water is normal and safe for drinking. If the deviation exceeds 100, please contact our customer service.

- Make sure that the water filter is properly connected to a powered outlet.
- Replace the corresponding filters in time.
Low water flow during filtration
- Make sure that the voltage indicated is the same as your local supply.Use water within the temperature range of 40ยฐF-100ยฐF/5ยฐC-38ยฐC.

Poor aftertaste or bad smell from the purified water
- Replace the corresponding filters in time.
- Flush the system with 2 tanks of tap water as instructed in step 6 to 10 of the "Before First Use" section.

Keep water temperature in the raw water tank within the range between 40ยฐF-100ยฐF (5ยฐC-38ยฐC).
