I got this for my bedroom which was built after the main part of our home so it had no duct work ran for the AC. I opted to cool my bedroom down with this and I have been using it everyday for 10 months now and it has not given me any issues at all. I live in Florida too so its definitely had its work cut out for it.

I never have had to drain it, not even once. It will literally run you up out of a room it gets so cold. The automatic shutoff works very well and do dies the remote which conveniently is magnetized and sticks to the flat part at the very top behind the vent. Then they took it up a notch and gave me an app!!! You have no idea how convenient that is until you cant find the remote!! It will also tell you through the app when certain things need to be done such as cleaning the filters. It also keeps tabs on how long it has ran since youve cleaned the filters. It will tell you when it needs drained as well which like I said to date not once did fluid build up enough to even be pumped out.

I love how quiet this is too. Its not any louder than a box fan would be. The noise you hear is just the air coming out really. The motor is hardly noticeable otherwise. It was also super easy to install and requires only one person. They give you everything you need to get a flawless set up. You get all the foam insulation and the slinky vent to put outside a window wherever you decide to hook it up. So keep that in mind wherever you use it will need a vent of some sort or the hot air will blow right back into your room. This isnt something you can hook up and not have it vented. It had to do something with the hot air!

I have to hand it to the people that make this little but very powerful AC unit, you guys have created a superior air conditioning unit that has exceeded my expectations in every way.

If you need a smaller portable AC unit for any room in your home, or even an RV, then this is hands down the best one I have ever owned and 2 couldnt be happier! Take it from a Jersey girl whos been in FL the last 20 years it gets you cool and wont cost you money to replace and fix stuff because it lasts!!

I didn't want to mount a unit in the window and this is perfect. It exhausts any excess moisture, is relatively quiet enough to have right in our bedroom and saves us from running the whole house AC when we just want to cool our bedroom at night.

It's not as large as others, does a good job cooling, and is quieter than others.

This review is for Tina. I cant say enough good things to describe her customer service, let alone this brand. I have multiple tower fans from DREO and have now added their AC to my collection. I have used this unit for about a month and a half and this AC has blown the other competitors out of the water.

I came to Tina because at first, I was able to connect my AC via their app and control all the ACs feature (pretty neat huh?). However, one day, I notice I couldnt access my AC from work (I usually turn it on to get my room nice and cold before I get home). She suggested a lot of trouble shooting suggestions from a hard restart, to deleting the app, etc. Ive tried it all. She even sent me a replacement unit after all the trouble. After, trying for several days, we found out and concluded its because of my wifi. This AC only works if the network its connected is 2.4 ghz. So now, I downgrade my network from 5 ghz to 2.4 GHz to make it compatible to the product. Now, it works flawlessly.

If it wasnt for her, I probably would have given up and settled for another product. However, she was adamant and determined to resolve my problem. Now, we are both happy. I hope her manager sees this and gives her a pay raise. Thank you Tina!
