Why haven't my points arrived after subscribing?
Please allow 3-5 minutes for the points to be processed, then refresh your page. The points should then appear in your account.
How are points earned and refunded for orders that include tax?
When you earn points, the product and tax amounts are shown as two separate entries in your Points Activity. When you receive a refund, the total amount is combined into a single entry.
How do I join the membership program?
To join the program, simply click on "Create Store Account" Once your registration is complete, you are welcome to participate in all the activities we have in store for youto earn points.
How can l earn points?
You can earn points by completing actions listed in ways to earn points.
How can I spend my points?
You can redeem your points for cash discounts and use them at checkout. Make sure you read the restrictions carefully before redeeming the cash discount.
Do DREO Points expire?
Yes, your points will expire 365 days after the issue date.
Do cash discounts expire?
Cash discount will expire 30 days after the redemption date. Points are not refunded if a redeemed coupon expires unused. Please make sure to use your coupon before it expires.
How DREO Points are calculated based on my order?
Your DREO Poins are calculated after deducting any discounts, taxes, shipping fees, or gift card amounts.
Can I use discounts redeemed with points in conjunction with other discounts?
Discounts can't be used in conjunction with other discounts, except for special event merchandise discounts during the promotion period. DREO reserves the right of final interpretation.
