My humidifier does not work.
1. Make sure that the cord is connected to a powered outlet and the mains voltage corresponds with the voltage indicated on the humidifier.2. The humidifier will shut down automatically in the event of low water.3. Check if the water tank is installed properly.4. In Auto Mode, the humidifier will stop adding moisture when it reaches the room humidity target.
My humidifier makes a loud or unusual noise.
1. On startup, the water pump expels air or scale buildup from the pipe to prevent blockage, causing a louder noise that will disappear after 5 seconds.2. Make sure the water outlet on the support frame is properly inserted in the water inlet on the wick filter frame.3. Set a lower mist level.4. Empty the water tank then refill the water tank.5. The humidifier may be malfunctioning. Stop using the humidifier and contact Customer Support.
The wick filter is discolored and has an unpleasant odor.
1. The wick filter functions to humidify and purify the air. It is recommended to clean the wick filter weekly. 2. It is recommended to replace the wick filter every 3 months.3. Using Dry Mode helps extend the life of the wick filter by preventing moisture buildup and mold. To purchase additional wick filter, contact Customer Support.
Water leaks from my humidifier.
1. Do not shake the humidifier.2. Make sure the humidifier is placed on a flat, level surfacee.3. Check the water tank for leaks. If there are leaks, contact Customer Support.
The humidity level isn't changing in my room.
1. Set a higher mist level.2. Depending on your environment, the humidifier may take longer to humidify your air.
Display shows an incorrect humidity percentage.
1. Moisture may have built up inside the humidity sensor. Turn off the humidifier and allow the sensor to air dry.2. If the humidifier is placed within 12 inches / 30 cm of a wall or in acorner the humidity sensor cannot provide a proper reading for the relative humidity in the room.3. The humidity sensor will give an improper reading it is exposed to dust. Avoid using the humidifier in dusty rooms.
