• Lower performance and a shorter lifespan than genuine DREO appliances

3. No verifiable company information — Genuine retailers provide a real company name, business address, and working contact details. Be wary of sites that offer only a contact form or generic email address.

4. Limited or unusual payment options — Check whether the site offers secure, well-known payment methods such as PayPal or 3D Secure card verification. Be cautious if it asks for more personal information than necessary.

5. Inconsistent language or currency — Watch for mismatched currency formatting, awkward translations, or product details that do not match your region.

6. Not reachable from DREO's official website — If you cannot reach the site through dreo.com or find it on our official channels page, treat it as unverified.

DREO cannot provide warranty coverage, repairs, or replacements for counterfeit or unauthorized products because we cannot verify their origin, authenticity, or safety.

If you believe you purchased a counterfeit product or were misled by a fraudulent website, take the following steps:

• Contact your bank or payment provider to dispute the transaction and ask about your available options.
• Report the website or product listing to the platform or marketplace where you found it.
• Report it to DREO so we can identify fraudulent sellers and take appropriate action.
