Place the appliance on a flat, level surface. Incorrect installation might also cause shakiness. Please refer to the assembly instructions on pages 1–2. Note that the power cord must be run through all rear keepers.

Works great cooling off in area people go once out of the pool
I purchased the 765s from Amazon. Then a week later i purchased 711as from dreo thinking it was similar despite being listed outdoor. The dreo website didnt detail the 711as having a water line that needed to be attached to a water faucet. I called dreo to setup a return and customer service gave me a hard time returning the item. Dreo customer service rep didnt want to give me a paid shipping return label. I explained that i wanted to purchase another 765s fan. I also purchased a additional insurance from dreo that the customer service rep told me it didnt cover returns. Then he wanted me to keep the fan and offer me a 15% discount. I was disappointed that dreo has a policy of not offering a paid return shipping label for a unused item.
This fan is awesome! It is so quiet, it has a variety of speeds, it doesn't take up much room and we can control from our bed with the remote. I would definitely recommend it and would purchase another if needed. Thank you for such a great product.😊

I have been looking high and low for a fan that has a powerful airflow that can be felt at a good distance. I place this fan in front of my window air conditioning uni, it faces another room to cool and this fan blows that air into the other room like it has its own air conditioning unit. Highly recommend this fan, I will be grabbing another one for sure.

I have a number of Dreo fans and every one is great. They are by far the most quiet fans on the market and provide great air circulation. Connecting the fan to the app was easy and the fans work well with Alexa and I don't have to worry about misplacing the remote. No real reason for not giving the fan 5 stars, just not sure how long the fan will last.

This is a great fan, the app was extremely easy to setup and the remote has a lot of features as well, including an incremental fan angle adjustment. The 12 speeds are great, level 5 keeps us comfortable on 80 degree days. It's a very quiet fan, the highest speed, 12, is quiet enough we're able to easily have a conversation with the fan only sitting 5 - 6 feet away.
