IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL NOTICE

DREO is conducting a voluntary recall of DREO DR-HSH015 space heaters (“Heaters”) in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) and Health Canada. The recalled space heaters can overheat and ignite, posing fire and burn hazards.

DREO is offering a free replacement to all consumers who own an affected unit. DREO has received 17 reports of space heaters igniting, including three reports of property damage and one report of a burn injury to the hand. Only units manufactured and sold prior to October 2026 with date codes (YYYY/MM) 2025/04 through 2026/01 are affected.

Follow the steps below to determine whether your unit is affected:

Look at the sticker at the bottom of the unit to determine the model, date code, and serial number of your unit.

If the model is DR-HSH015 and the date code is between 2025/04 (April 2025) and 2026/01 (January 2026), the unit is affected.

If your unit is affected,

immediately stop using the recalled space heater, unplug it, and contact DREO for a free replacement by completing this registration form.

How do I register for the recall?

To register for the recall, please visit the official DREO recall registration website https://www.recallrtr.com/spaceheater and follow the instructions provided. You will be asked to provide the required product information and upload a clear photo, which includes the product label showing the model number, date code and serial number (SN); the word “Recall” and your five-digit destruction code written in permanent marker on the product label and; the cut power cord. Once you have submitted the required information, your recall claim will be reviewed and verified.

Where can I find the model number/serial number (SN) on my heater?

You can find the model number and serial number (SN) on the product label located on the bottom of your DREO space heater.

Please look for the label on the bottom of the unit. The model number will help us determine whether your heater is included in the recall, while the SN is required for recall registration.

What is the remedy?

DREO is offering a free replacement to all consumers who own and register an affected unit. Once your claim is reviewed and if approved, a shipment of your replacement will be arranged as soon as possible, with an estimated delivery of approximately 10 business days after shipment.

I no longer have my receipt. Can I still participate in the recall?

Yes. You can still participate in the recall even if you no longer have your original receipt. A receipt is not required as long as the heater is an affected unit and you can provide the necessary product information.

Can I continue using the heater if I have never experienced a problem with it?

No. Stop using the heater immediately and register for the recall even if the heater has been working normally and you have never experienced any issues with it.

Are other DREO products affected by this recall?

No. This recall only applies to one specific DREO space heater model:
• DR-HSH015 (Whole-Room Heater 715)

Other DREO products, including products from other product categories, are not affected by this recall.

How long will it take to receive my replacement?

Once your recall claim has been approved, we will arrange shipment of your replacement as soon as possible.
