How to connect the air circulator fan with the APP?
1. Download the Dreo App by scanning the QR code in the Quick Start Guide/User Manual.
2. Once you log in, tap + Add Device on the app. (Make sure to enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and plug in the Dreo appliance).
3. Select the Dreo appliance you want to link.
4. Hold the Oscillation button for 5 seconds to start Wi-Fi connection settings. The WiFi icon will keep flashing when pairing.

6. You are now ready to control the appliance on your app. Start by giving your Tower Fan a new name! Hold the oscillation button again for 5 seconds to restart the network setup.

How many fan speed settings does this air circulator have? Can the fan speed change according to the ambient temperature?
This fan has 6 working modes with a total of 8 fan speed levels from level 1 to level 8. In Auto mode, the fan speed can adapt to the ambient temperature and change accordingly.
How should I clean and maintain this air circulator? Is it possible to disassemble it?
Yes, the grill and blades of this fan can be disassembled. The following disassembly steps are for reference only:
1. Remove the screw on the front grille and rotate the grille counterclockwise to take it off.
2. Remove the blade cap by rotating it as shown and take the blade assembly out of the shaft.
3. Rinse the cap, blades, and grille under running water or with a clean, damp cloth.
4. Dry up all parts, and insert the blade assembly back into the shaft by aligning the D-shaped points in the center.
5. Align the point on the front grille with the right point on the casing, then rotate the grille clockwise and install the screw back in place. Repeat the steps for the rear grille.

Why is the indicator light not on during operation, and why is the LED display screen off?
This fan has a Display Auto off function. If there is no operation for 1 minute, the screen will automatically turn off, and the indicator light will also go off. You can wake up the screen and indicator light by touching any button. To disable this feature, please go to the Dreo app.

1. Ensure that the cord is connected to a powered outlet, and the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the air circulator.

This fan is the best! It is super quiet and delivers a bunch of wind! DREO makes the best fans.
We love this fan - it is quiet, effective, and very convenient to control from the app. Even when I'm not home I can switch it on for my cat on a hot day. It circulates air very effectively and being able to control the range of motion is great. 10/10 would recommend!
I love this fan. While I thought I was going to have to beat the summer heat by having the turbo mode activated at all times, I found that this fan really works well on a low and quiet setting for the room it is in. The controls are great and the app was easy to set up. The only thing I dislike is the wobbly neck, but maybe Dreo will improve on that while keeping the rotation technology the same. Thanks Dreo!

I'm a big DREO fan. I have multiple heaters and fans. I love the app, the oscillation features and quietness of the fan. I have had some difficulty with ticking sounds if the fan is left on for hours at a time which can become bothersome at night. Otherwise I am happy.

Was reluctant to spend this in a fan… so glad I did it’s quiet, powerful and the sleek design makes it easy for storage.
This fan is probably the best fan we’ve ever had. It has so many options for positions and speeds. The remote control is easy to use and can be stored on the fan itself. It seems little but puts out a lot of air. I was actually surprised at the amount of air that it circulates. It doesn’t come up as high as I’d like but you can adjust the air to blow in just about any direction you want it to. The power cord plugs into the back of the fan and I have noticed that if it’s on the highest speed for a long amount of time the plug does get hot. We’ve never really had to use it on the highest setting though so it’s really not an issue. I’m planning on buying another one in another color.
A great working fan for me.
It’s very quiet, the oscillation is smooth and gets a very wide range and angle of my living room. Right now I only have it on lvl 6 and it’s way cooler in my house. It was also very easy to install and put together. The durability looks very sturdy and made well. There’s no cracks or dents or scratches on it. I also like that I can see what number(how strong it’s blowing) it’s at.

Other than collecting a lot more dust and debris than an average fan, it's really a great product. We like the multi-directional rotation and the setting buttons are fairly easy to memorize with your fingers. Low is whisper-quiet and high definitely gives a good gust. It's also astheticly pleasing.

This is an amazing fan and worth the cost. The fact that you can use your phone to direct that fan almost anywhere you want - left to right AND up and down is amazing. After mopping my floors, I direct it at the floors to help them dry faster. That's my pro tip! This is the quietest fan I have ever owned and it's powerful.

I love this fan, just set it in auto and the size to power ratio is crazy good, if you get the wifi option, it comes in handy as well.
Extremely happy with the fan, even more so with the app! Literally EVERYTHING is adjustable, programmable and easy to understand (I’m getting to THAT age). Turbo is an INSANE amount of air that will clear everything of your desk. 8 is the top “rational” setting and really gets the air moving. 4 is a nice gentle breeze that still does the job. Anything less than that is pretty much for folks that want to say they have a fan but don’t like wind. Kid ya not tho, you could fly a kite on Turbo. I have knocked it over a time or two when I forgot I even owned a fan and came flying through the door like Kramer on Seinfeld…. It still works perfectly and no bits or pieces went flying (other than the remote). So, five stars on durability! It does heat up a tiny bit, but bear in mind, I have this puppy rippin’ on 8 for 18 hours straight every day.
