DREO is conducting a voluntary safety recall of the DR-HSH015 Whole-Room Heater in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) and Health Canada.

RECALL APPLIES TO

  • Units sold in the United States and Canada
  • Date codes (YYYY/MM) from 2025/04 through 2026/01

NOT AFFECTED

  • Units manufactured at any other time period
  • Units sold in any other country or region

How to check: Look at the sticker on the bottom of your heater to find the model number and date code. If your unit is affected, stop using it immediately and register for a free replacement.
