Heater does not start / The heater suddenly stops during heating

1. The heater was tipped over.Place it on a flat, level and stable surface, then wait for the indicator to lightup.
2. Overheat protection has been activated. Unplug and wait for it to cool down before plugging in again. Remove any objects on or near the heater.
3. No power is passing through the unit. Ensure that your circuit breaker or fuse is working properly. Ensure that your heater is placed on a flat and even surface.
4. The ambient temperature is not rising. Ensure that the temperature is set to be higher than the ambient temperature.

The temperature is not going up

1. The heater is being used in open areas or outdoors. This heater uses convection, which may take longer, but allows it to deliver heat uniformly without making air too dry. This heater works best in closed areas or indoor use.
2. The room temperature does not meet expectations. If you feel less heating than expected in this scenario, you can:
- Try to move the heater closer to you
- Increase the target temperature
- Switch to Power Heat Mode
