1. Place the fan on a flat, level surface. 2. Incorrect installation might also cause shakiness. Please refer to the assembly instructions on pages 4–6. Note that the power cord must be run through all rear keepers.

This fan is exactly as advertised. Quiet, great airflow(CFM) loaded with features! I especially like how I can check the app no matter where I am and see what the temperature is in the room, and its accurate I validated it. Great looking too!
Really powerful. Really quiet too. Physical remote PLUS Bluetooth remote on your call phone for the same cost as other Dreo models with only physical remote. Same motor and power as the 518 model same cost but the 518 only comes with physical remote. If you are like me you will misplace the remote within 5 minutes. With the phone remote that is not a problem. More importantly, the app works better! You have an electronic touch slider on the app for the power settings instead of clicking the physical remote several times to go thru the levels. The height adjustment is a foot pedal and the fan just pops up on a spring! I researched fans for hours b4 buying and I think this is a steal. Stop looking and buy it!
Nice looking fan that's quiet and works well. We use setting 3 for overnight use with the natural mode enabled. Can't even hear it! VERY POWERFUL on top settings, it will blow you away! Can be controlled with the phone/ipad app, no problem. What's not to like! We just ordered a second one for another room.

This is a very powerful and yet quiet fan. I like that it has both an app for your phone as well as a remote. Before buying I inquired if it was Apple HomeKit compatible, to which I was told yes. It is not. You can add Siri short cuts but can't add it to the Home app. This is a little disappointing, but not a deal breaker. Ultimately it was a good purchase.

Ordered two of these tower fans. They arrived on time in good condition, excellent packaging for shipment. Set them up, connection to WiFi was the easiest if any smart device I own or have owned. Used for a few days and ordered 5 more! Quiet, good air movement, easy to control through the app. I would definitely recommend for purchase.

Clean, modern, and whisper-quiet. I'm a huge fan of the brushless motor. it draws very little power but still delivers super airflow. It definitely lives up to the 'high velocity' tag. I also have the 307 model (8 speed), and it feels like they’re running on the same solid brushless motor. Plus, the app works like a charm and connects to Alexa without any hassle.
