Fan Doesn't Work
• Make sure the power switch is on.• Check the circuit breaker to ensure the power is turned on.• Make sure the blades spin freely.• Turn off power from the circuit breaker, then loosen the canopy and check all the connections according to the wiring diagram.• Check that the remote receiver wiring sequence is correct and properly connected.
Excessive Wobbling
• Make sure the blades are properly installed on the blade iron posts.• Turn the power off, support the fan carefully, and check that the hanger ball is properly seated.
Remote Control of Fan is Erratic
• Make sure the battery is installed correctly. If the command indicator light keeps flashing, indicating low battery, install a fresh battery.

This was the easiest fan to install I've ever done. I had it out of the box and on the ceiling in about 30 minutes. Another great part is that being a DC fan, it was.very light. We are not the. Craziest about the light cover, but we will figure out how to make it look better.
The app part was simple as we have other Dreo fans, all we did was open the Dreo app, it found it, connected to it, then opened Alexa and there it was.
We still haven't figured out the speaker part, but we didn't purchase it for that either.
For only having three blades, it moves the air very well. We replaced our entryway fan due to it having a loud hum you could hear throughout the house. This fan is so quiet for how good it is at moving air. The smart features are a nice added touch. It was easy to assemble as well. We will be replacing other fans with this brand when the time comes.
We have seven of these in our house. Two upstairs, four on main floor, and one in the basement office. Love that we can control them with our phones and tablets.
Love this fan. With only 3 blades it is practically whisper quiet. A 71 yr old woman (me) installed it herself on existing fan box but did have to use your bracket so the remote box would fit. The instructions were very clear and the fan motor was light in weight so I could easily lift it to the mount! I like the 6 speed fans and the different levels of light (warm light, cold light, etc).
Arrived quickly. All parts provided including a couple extras. Being honest I was a little apprehensive about dealing with electricity and the over the head installation. Dreo provided easy to follow instructions. Fan was up and running in a little over an hour!
Easy to install. Looks nice. Quiet. Light a little hard to get the right warmth for my taste, but that is an aesthetic problem I always have with adjustable LED>
The packaging and instructions were by far the very BEST I have seen in memory. Because of this as a lay person it was installed in less than an hour. There were no redos because the instructions were not clear.
I don’t need anymore DREO products but I would buy again without hesitation.
This fan was pretty easy to install. We replaced another noisy bulky fan so by comparison it was much lighter and less fancy looking. It works like a dream. It is so quiet. The speed controls are great, the timer devices on it work very nicely. It was super easy to connect to my phone and I love being able to control it without getting out of bed to turn it off. Really like this!
Excellent ceiling fan! Living in Arizona, every room needs a ceiling fan. Installed this in the spare bedroom for a MUCH cooler summer this year! Got a 2nd for the office!

I read a good review on “the spruce” regarding DREO brand fans; I thought the fan was easy to assemble and easy to hang and easy to wire. I liked the QR code that sent me to a video to watch and the instruction book that came with it was really well written - we've decided to use the remote control to turn on the fan and the light ONCE- and just leave it on – so now we control it with the wall switches as we always have in the past. ( the fan is in a child's room ) —Nobody in our home can keep track of one more remote, but it is a nice option. The light was nice and bright and so many speeds available on the fan and so so quiet - we are happy all the way around.
Quick and Dirty Review: Nice fan, nice light, works with Home Assistant
The long worded review: I've been looking for something to replace my dumb fan running off of a Shelly relay with something that would integrate well with my Home Assistant setup so I ordered the 52" 3 blade fan.
Shipping was fast, everything was well packaged and separated into labelled bags which was very convienient.
Installation was fairly straightforward. I don't know about the 20 minute claim Dreo says it should take, maybe if you've done this before, but it will probably take a little longer if it'd the first time you've done this. The fan bracket did not fit my junction box but they did include instructions on how to mount this in an alternative method. (I have an old 80's doublewide so nothing seems to be standard). I also have a shallow vaulted ceiling and there were no issues there (2:12 pitch inside). Last thing to note on installation, I didn't use wire nuts, I bought Wago connectors to make things easier, but the wire nuts are included as well as zip ties to organize the wiring.
Post installation review is that the fan itself works great. *slight* wobble on high speeds but they did include balancing weights to fix this. It's not bad and I'm lazy so it's going to be like this forever, but they do provide instructions and tools to correct it. The light is WAY brighter than the old fan that I had three LED bulbs in, although my only critique is that it doesn't get super dim. Noise? None. At least not from the motor. On speed setting 4-6 there's wind noise, but it moves more air more quietly than my old 5 blade fan on high. The remote is extremely responsive, no delay at all.
Home Assistant. If you're reading this review, this section is probably what you're looking for. Dreo's integration in Home Assistant works flawlessly. You will need to download that through HACS but I am using their native integration and it functions well. Fan speed, light brightness, color temperature, fan modes (e.g. "natural" or "sleep"), audio feedback (yes, the fan has a beeper), and blade direction are all controllable from HA. It arguably gives you slightly more control over the fan speed than the remote although its hard to say for sure. Most of my home is on a Zigbee network, and this fan is wifi. Using my Aqara Zigbee wall switches there is a slight delay, but it is not bad at all. Controls from the HA app, Sonoff NSP panels, or computer dashboard have almost no delay at all. Very easy set up, very easy to create automations for, and fairly fast response.
I put this small fan up in my shed. It works great for moving the hot air down in the winter and cool air around in the summer. It was simple to install and the app makes using it even better. This is a very powerful fan for its size. It's whisper quiet as well and the reverse function is easy to use with the remote or app.
Super nice fan for a small room. The easiest setup with Alexa that I have ever seen. Started the APP, it found both new fans before 100% loaded. Ask to setup Alexa and it was done. I use Alexa every night to turn the fan on and off while I remain in bed.
We have so many Dreo fans in our house. I've always had the stand-up fans, so this ceiling fan is a new addition. This product really exceeds my expectations! It's super easy to install, makes very little noise when in operation (I sometimes forget that it's running!). It's very powerful - cools the room almost instantly! I love the size, the color, and the functionality of this fan. I'd say it's definitely worth the money!
I absolutely love this fan. The quality feels great. The remote has all the controls you could ever want. It cools my room great for an inexpensive unit. Just as good as my master bedroom's 350 dollar fan. It moves the air the same way too, and it works sooooo good! Will order another one soon!
We installed this 52-inch fan three months ago on our lanai and are very satisfied with it. All parts fitted well and it only took 15 minutes to install. It's super quiet and moves lots of air. The best feature for us is the light's adjustability. It can adjusted from a warm light "color temperature (2700K) to a bright light (6500K) with just four clicks on the remote control. The light's brightness can be adjusted with its six settings. The features, styling, and performance of this fan make it a great value and a best choice.

I was honestly shocked when I opened the box and saw the fan was made of a thick, heavy-duty plastic. I was a little worried it might look cheap, but once it’s installed, you’d never know—it looks sleek and modern. I have the 44" version in my other bedroom with the all in one semi flush mount (looks better). But this model finally does away with that awful beeping noise when turning on. I didn't like the down-rod at first (aesthetically), but I got over it rather quickly because it doesn't matter. Great quality, install is super easy. Buy the "non-smart" version, save your money. You don't need an app to turn on a fan! 3400 cfm, adjustable light Temps, 6 speeds. Get it!

I purposely bought Dreo because I had a good experience with their tower fan. The build quality on this fan is good. I just want to warn about misleading information from their support. I got two emails from Dreo telling me that the fan would work with standard downrods since I wanted more than 6" clearance. I bought the fan and a 1ft downrod. The downrod did fit but their proprietary wiring is barely long enough for the included short downrod. You would have to do a lot of cutting and soldering to extend the wiring for a longer downrod. Not exactly a lie but VERY misleading. I am out the cost of the downrod.
Works great for my bedroom. Install it in about 40 minutes. That includes drilling a hole for first time install in that room. When I control it my Alexa it will start one direction and then start going.
