I like the fact that both Dreo humidifiers HM311 and HM524 can use these cartridges filters. They look great and best of all they fit nicely into their correct spot in the tank. As for their function, it isn't as good as expected. I am still getting a lot of white dust when I use it in the the smaller HM311 humidifier. The larger HM524 hasn't had the dust showing, yet, but I am prepared for it to happen.
Is it worth buying again...??? Well, I am not convinced as of yet. For the "completed", stylish look of both humidifiers, it's great. For function at stopping or slowing down the white dust, the jury is still out. Hoping over time the white dust will be at a minimum. I am giving it generous rating of 4 Stars... for now.
Filter is as described. Arrived packaged well with clear instructions and fit perfectly. Recommend for purchasers of new humidifier to buy filters immediately as the filter that came with mine was a very simple screen and will not provide same filtration levels leading to the machine having to be cleaned more often. Only downside about these filters is that they are significantly larger and take up volume in the water container resulting in more frequent water fills. Definitely recommend product.
I have not received them yet. They arrived at a distribution center 18 miles from me but somehow they are delayed. I should have received them days ago. Now Amazon is saying by the 10th. Who knows?
Once I received the filters, I realized there was something odd. I wrote your customer service email asking about the parts received. I am certain I ordered the correct part, however it appeared that this is not a replacement part, but an upgrade to the small black piece with the mesh screen. Is that the case? My next question was - if I am exclusively using distilled water, do I really need this filter. I've yet to receive a response to my initial attempt to figure things out, could someone confirm I've the correct part and confirm my concern or explain the value of the filter. And, confirm the proper way and place to install it. Thank you!

Ordered directly from Dreo. The three pack of filters arrived within 7 to 9 days. Packaged well. Good price pushed up a bit because of shipping charges.
Product was packed well with tight plastic around each filter.
