Very easy to install - installed 4 of them in one day! They look great! Even on the lowest fan setting, can still feel air moving. A feature that is great to learn about, not only is there timer settings, but you can also schedule fan and light off and on times. Very pleased with our purchase. Likely to get one more!

Customer service is very helpful. Caution on returning a fan if there is nothing wrong with it, ground shipping can exceed $100, so be confident in your choice. Background I purchased this fan to replace a Hunter ceiling fan in my bedroom. The Hunter was a decent unit, but it rattled at high speeds and had a noticeable motor hum that worsened with increased speed. My goal was to find a fan that solved both problems. Despite some hesitation about an unfamiliar brand, this DREO delivered on everything I was looking for. Installation Assembly is straightforward. Most of the work (including attaching the blades) is done on the ground before mounting, which makes the process much less awkward than typical ceiling fan installs. The 3-wire hookup (hot, neutral, ground) is simpler than fans that require a separate remote receiver, and there's plenty of room to work inside the canopy. Features & controls The remote gives granular control over fan speed, light color temperature, and dimming level. The DREO app connected without any issues and offers the same control from your phone. There are additional fan modes available on the remote, though I didn't find them particularly useful for everyday use. Build quality & noise The fit and finish exceeded my expectations for a brand I wasn't familiar with. The fan runs completely silently, even at the highest speed setting. This alone makes it a massive upgrade over my previous fan. The one downside The flat LED panel directs most of its light straight down rather than spreading it across the room. It lights up the area directly below well, but doesn't fill the whole room the way a traditional bulb setup would. It's a minor trade-off and easy to live with given how well everything else performs. Bottom line An excellent ceiling fan. Quiet, feature-rich, easy to install, and well-built. I would absolutely buy another one.
Best ceiling fan I have ever owned. And I have had many. It's a beautiful fan. I bought the white one. The soft grain wooden blades on the one side are perfect for my room. And, what a difference a DC motor makes. I hear nothing when I turn it on - its air flow is like a summer breeze. It has six speeds, and they are all completely quiet. Also, all kinds of light choices - fabulous. ‘Zero trouble with the remote. It works flawlessly. Easy to assemble. I just bought it yesterday. I'll update if necessary.
Great ceiling fan! I bought this to replace a Honeywell fan that cost $60 more but has a TERRIBLE high pitched hum when it runs! I'm going to sell or give away! This DREO is FANTASTIC! Looks nice and runs QUIET! No motor noise at all. Pros: ZERO motor noise, easy to install(did it myself), no remote receiver to try and fit into fan box, light is nice and bright (12x30 room to light up), produces lots of air flow, remote works great Cons: some parts are only plastic, fan blades are plastic material but still look nice, light is plastic (would be nice if it was glass material I would definitely recommend purchasing this fan!

Not sure why they have you put on the blades before mounting it, maybe just so it's less likely to drop a screw but it's a lot easier to mount and do the wiring without the blades in the way.It went into WiFi pairing mode right after turning on power the first time and if you have the app ready and signed in it automatically detects the fan and walks you through connecting it to WiFi and getting it ready in the app. The fan is nice and quiet and moves air well. The light is pretty good, could maybe be a little brighter. The integration with Home Assistant lets you control most aspects like fan on/off and speeds, light on/off and brightness as well as light temp, it just doesn't have the modes. The Alexa integration is also pretty full featured and works well.

After I figured out how to turn off the beeping sound, I really love these fans. They’re very non-descriptive and blended in, but yet high-tech and create a bright light. I purchased for two bedrooms and would buy again. I still haven’t figured out the Wi-Fi feature.
This is a very fine fan light combination. It is moderately advanced and provides basic features like color frequency and fan modes. I like it a great deal but can only find one flaw with the device. While it has an excellent app and remote control it lacks integration with the Lutron caseta and other Lutron control systems. We specifically do not use Amazon's Alexa or other speech enabled systems for security reasons. But we do like the professional Lutron control systems and wish we could integrate it in with the Lutron ecosystem that we have in the home. If it had Lutron integration I would have given it a five-star . One feature that I very specifically appreciate is the color frequency options of the light. You can have a healthy 2700 Kelvin for evenings and then you can switch it up during the day closer to 5,000 Kelvin. This is does wonderful things for your circadian rhythm and health was sleeping and being awake while you're indoors. My electrician particularly liked it for its Excellence instructions and ease of assembly but the primary thing that he loved most was that it is so well balanced right out of the box.
Fan is quiet with no wobble. Easiest app setup ever. Just make an account, app found fan automatically (first time), connected to wifi easily, asked to connect to Alexa and connected no problems.
I bought two of these Dreo ceiling fans to replace aging ones in our 2nd floor bedrooms. One was a snap to install; the other had some issues with a roof joist interfering with installation of the new fan (had to change the metal mounting box), but that has nothing to do with the quality and function of these fans. They are whisper quiet, move a great deal of air, and have a wide variety of functions on the remote control. The remote has six speeds, but to date I haven't had to go above level 3 (we've had several days above 100° F here in the Denver area in summer 2025). The built-in dimmable LED lights are sufficient, but it's still a good idea to have lamps on the nightstands. These fans do a good job of keeping us cool at night, when I turn off the air conditioning and open the windows to save electricity (yes, we do that here in Colorado). The modern styling of the Dreo is a welcome change from the vintage look you see in most ceiling fans on the market. The only minor complaint I have is the fans hum gently on level 3. The light cover is mounted in such a way that the fan creates a mild resonance at that speed; it's not intrusive or annoying, but is noticeable since the fan doesn't do it at the other settings. A simple touch on the light cover stops it. Overall these are excellent ceiling fans, and I'm very satisfied with their performance to date.

This fan exceeded our expectations, like a lot. We will actually be buying another for our media room. Aesthetically, it's a sleek and modern design. The slight bevel on the blades is a nice touch and how the blades are situated into the housing unit is actually very creative (and cool looking). The fan itself has 6 speeds and moves a ton of air - like who wants a fan that you can't actually feel? The light has multiple levels of brightness as well as tones (the highest level is super bright!) Overall, even on the highest speed, the fan is very quiet. Didn't need to add any weights to the blades either. To top it off, the remote feature is always nice and convenient - just icing on the cake. Overall, we are super happy with the purchase and will be buying another.We would highly recommend!

Dreo makes their products with the high end care but affordable. I first bought the Chief Maker (absolute game changer) and because of the quality of that product I bought one Dreo ceiling fan. The best ceiling fan I’ve ever own. We were so impressed, we replaced ALL the ceiling fans in our house with Dreo Ceiling fans, utilizing both sizes. 5 Stars on the App, remote control device that can just seamlessly sit on the wall, whisper quite, one buttons wind direction, and the beautiful aesthetics (we choose white on white with our ceiling white and it just blends in). Also the light brightness, being adjustable. Perfect.

Great quality ceiling fan. Shipment came fast. It was the easiest ceiling fan to install of the several I have installed, and very easy to program with Alexa to operate. If you don't have an Alexa, the remote has all the features at your command. The fan on high really moves the air around. It is very quiet, and the beep noise when using the remote can be turned off if that bothers you. I like the all white design, but blades are reversible if you prefer. If you are reading reviews, you can stop now and purchase this one, I can't say anything negative. I was concerned it would not work and allow different commands with Alexa, and attached video shows this is possible.
Installed one dud fan, beeped and nothing worked. Bought a used like new. No mas. Returned. Ordered replacement and wrong size/color showed up. Returned. Bought new fan, third times a charm. Outside Amazon messing up my orders, the actual fan is excellent. Modern, quit and light settings and works with Google is amazing.
The Dreo light exudes quality. I've had the unfortunate displeasure of hanging several ceiling fans this year and more in the past. All of them have been pains going up. But the design of this fan is great. Easy to assemble the blades with the built in blade/bracket holders make quick work of hanging it. The one handed, easy hang system they have makes quick work of hanging. The light module literally is plug and play and clicks right in with minimal effort. No screws, or keys are used when the light module is simply twisted into place after plugging in the connector. The light is bright as most multi-bulb lights that I've seen (especially the 5 bulb it replaced). The remote works well and is easy to understand. The light adjustability and 6 speed fan is a bonus. The fan is quiet as any I've seen (DC motor I guess). The only issue I have had was while operating the fan light, it started flickering and whining after being on for 12 hours straight. Turned it off and back on and no more issues. We were having construction going on and the workers were using the same circuit with their air compressor. My guess is that the compressor was pulling a lot of power and the brow out from the power draw caused the light to have an issue. It was not on full strength when it happened. It's been fine since. Will update if a problem occurs in the future. Only question I have, or concern I have is where would I get another remote. Guard it with your life. My fan does not have a separate switch. It is live and it is only controlled through the remote.

Everything is great about this fan. The pictures they have on the description do not do it justice. I love using all the options via alexa voice command. When shopping for it I saw it did different light temperatures and initially didn't care. But once I got it I realized how nice of an option it is. The various fan modes are also wonderful. No shaking. No noise. No complaints. Well, my only complaint is I don't have another spot in my house to buy another one of these!
I have been looking for a smart fan that works with Home Assistant and I can confidently say this one fits the bill. Configuring this fan was a breeze, I simply downloaded their app and followed the instructions and within minutes had full control of the fan from my phone. Setting it up with home assistant is not that hard, but you need to know the right things to do, here is what I did (I would link the source but Amazon doesn't like that - you can Google for it, it is on github) - Installing Dreo Smart Device Integration Open HACS Click Integrations Search Dreo Click the Dreo Smart Device Integration and install Configuration In HA, open Settings Click Devices & services Click Add integration (blue button at the bottom right of the screen) Search Dreo and select it Enter your Dreo username & password (same login you use on the Dreo app) After that it should just pop up in home assistant. If you want to control the speed via automation you might need to use YAML - this worked for me - service: fan.set_percentage target: entity_id: fan.ceiling_fan data: percentage: 50 # Adjust between 0-100

Normally I used to buy brand sold at Costco and Home depot. But this Dreo ceiling fan is terrific, quiet, easy to install and has way more functions on light control (has different brightness levels and different light colors from cool white to almost to a yellow light just by pushing a remote button). And the fan has 6 different speeds and all are very quiet. Plan to buy more soon.
Great product - one thing to improve: To reverse fan it must be turned on and spinning- not just connected to power. Manual isn't clear about this. Get it going, press reverse button: wait, it slows down, stops, goes the other way. Also for vaulted ceiling we needed 12 inch down rod, Dreo doesn't offer, got one from L big home improvement store. Existing wires were perfect length for 12 inch down rod, the one we got installed easy, like a Harbor Breeze.
