Only the plus button works on the remote. The heater works great though. Customer service answered the phone promptly and spoke English well. She sent me an email to complete and I am supposed to get a new remote when they are back in stock. Are they out of stock because they don't work... So if I get a new remote and it works then it would be 5 stars.

This is the best heater I’ve ever owned by far! The unit is quiet, it pushes out a lot of heat even on the lowest setting, and there is no chemical smell! Love it!
It looks good and feels great! Just what I needed for under my desk at my office. I love the remote too!
The heater is very efficient and works great.
Works like a charm every time. The distance it covers is very well. More noticable on higher settings. Very light, portable and has a nice remote. The led display on the top is creative and to the point. Very good Dreo!
Heats up my bedroom quickly and is very quiet!
This is a great unit and accomplishes our goal to keep a non-heated powder room comfortable.
Gives off great heat, works very well!
Great product, great price.
I. Love. This. Heater. Plain and simple, it's the best heater I've ever bought. I use it nightly working third shift at an old hotel and this thing keeps me so warm every night. I'm even at the point of giving it out to my colleagues to use during the day while I'm asleep. A lot of people here have heaters in the offices, but mine keeps getting used, 'cause it's the best. This heater singlehandedly made me come back to Dreo to buy another one. Currently saving up for the Tower 718! Cheers.
