Why my tower fan won’t turn on?

Make sure that the cord is connected to a powered outlet and the
mains voltage corresponds with the voltage indicated on the fan.
Check if the power adaptor is securely inserted into the power outlet and the tower fan.
To Press the power button on the control panel or via remote.

Why is there no air coming out?

Please re-plug the power adapter.
Then press the power button/remote control.
Please switch the fan speed to a higher level.
We recommend you check the air inlet/outlet and see if there are any obstacles and abnormal deformations.

Why is the tower fan not powerful?

Please switch the fan speed to a higher level and normal mode.
Remove any tall obstacles that might block the airflow from the fan.
Position the tower fan closer to you to get more direct airflow.
Note that this is not an air conditioner. Combine with your AC unit to circulate air more efficiently.

Why my tower fan is making vibrations and noise?

Place the fan on a flat, level surface.
Check whether the base of the tower fan is correctly assembled.
Do not operate the tower fan if the base has not been installed.

How can I mute the prompt sound?

Method 1: Short press the mute button on the remote control to turn on/off button sounds.
Method 2: Long press the mode button on the control panel to turn on/off button sounds.

How does sleep mode work?

Usually, fan speed decreases every 30 minutes. Speed decreases by three or two levels at most and will remain constant if at level 3,2 or 1.
The sound of the prompt will automatically turn off.

Why is the Oscillation function not working?

Check if the fan body is stuck or entangled by the cable.
Press the oscillation button on the control panel or via remote. Please check if there’s an Oscillation icon on the top right corner of the screen.

Why does this fan auto shut off after 15 hours?

The tower fan was designed to shut off automatically after continuously running for 15 hours for safety concerns.

My remote control does not work. What should I do?

Remote control batteries are old & used or inserted incorrectly in the battery compartment.
•Replace with new batteries. Follow the polarity guide inside the battery compartment.

Where can I get a replacement remote/ power adaptor?

How to connect the tower fan with the APP?

Launch Dreo and sign in or create an account by following in-app instructions. (Verify your email address to continue)
Once you log in, tap ADD Device on the app. (Make sure to enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and plug in the Dreo appliance).
Select the Dreo appliance you want to link.
Hold the Tower Fan Oscillation button for 5 seconds to start network settings and device pairing. The WiFi icon will keep flashing when pairing.
Select your WiFi, enter your password, and tap Next to connect to the network. The WiFi icon will keep flashing when pairing.
You are now ready to control the appliance on your app. Start by giving your Tower Fan a new name! Hold the oscillation button again for 5 seconds to restart the network setup.

Why is the tower fan unable to connect with WiFi?

Please check that your WiFi is stable.
Please disconnect the WiFi with your tower fan to restart the network setup.

Best Tower Fan, Missing Key Feature

Normally I just use cheap Costco tower fans and figured that "a fan is a fan", right? However, I bought a DREO fan on the recommendation of a property manager and realized this summer than ever the lowest end DREO fan is made and performs far better than any Costco fan. Less blade noise and fewer cheap mechanical squeaks and rattles made for a much nicer experience.

Based on that experience I replaced all the fans in my house with DREO fans. They have been absolutely fantastic and reduced our dependency on our A/C this summer. I love managing them with the app and using a HomeBridge server I even have them linked up to Apple HomeKit.

I do have one complaint with these "Smart Pilot Max S" tower fans though. It's great that we can select a narrow oscillation sweep angle like 30 degrees. However, it's almost pointless because you can't tell the app where to point that sweep on this fan, so it's often necessary to pick up the fan and point it. The MC710S has this feature and it really should be available on the Smart Pilot Max S as well. If we could save and recall favorite preset angles like the MC710S that would be even better. This fan should be smart enough to do it, and I really hope this is something DREO will offer in a future firmware update.

I love the fan but I ordered it in gold and was sent a silver one. Not a big deal.

Beyond what i expected.

Normally i just buy the normal cheap tower fans that do not blow any kind of air to just barely do the job and get by. This time around i said Ok, stop being cheap and spend some money on some quality. After seeing a lot of reviews and others talking about it online i came across this one and i can see what the hype is about. The amount of air that pumps out this thing is amazing. The app is awesome. Loving this tower fan all around. I use it in my basement where i have my gaming room and its always warm, since using this been keeping me nice and cool and comfortable. Even with the high speed it's really quiet and does a great job. Can't say it enough, BUY THIS FAN!!!!

Slow return policy

I purchased an item that I only opened and trying to return for over a week now. Stl waiting for support to confirm the return. There is no phone number to call either.
