Cleaning and Maintenance

It is recommended that the heater be cleaned at least one time during the operating season and before off-season storage in order to provide the optimum level of performance
Always disconnect the appliance from the mains by switching it off and removing the plug from the power outlet before cleaning
•Turn the heater "OFF", unplug it and wait for the heater to cool down
•Use only a soft cloth to gently wipe the outer surfaces of the heater clean
•Do not use any cleaning agents or detergents
•Never immerse the heater in water and never allow water to drip into the motor housing. Be sure not to wet the Heating Element and the switches
•Do not allow water to run into the interior of the heater as this could result in a fire or electric shock hazard
•For storage, you may leave the heater covered to protect it from dust. Store it in a cool, dry location and arrange the cable away from traffic areas so that it will not be tripped over or damaged

Why is there no air coming out?

1. Re-plug the power cord or test it with another socket
2. Press the power button/remote control to power on
3. Check the air inlet/outlet and see if there is any obstacles and abnormal deformations.

Why is my heater not turning on?

1. Ensure that the voltage and frequency is the same as required in the user manual
2. Check if the power button on the control panel is abnormal by turning it on/off via the remote control
3. Check whether the LED light on the panel is on when plugged in
4. Take a short video

Why does the fan heat up so slowly?

1. Switch the unit to HI mode
2. Switch to normal mode
3. Clean the air inlet/outlet

Why is my heater not warm enough?

1. Switch the unit to HI mode
2. Switch to normal mode
3. Check if ambient temperature or room temperature is too low. Test the unit in a different room.

Why is my heater generating so much noise?

The higher the gear setting of the space heater, the louder the noise will be. We recommend turning down the unit speed to see if the noise will be reduced. Please also try the following steps
1. Take a short video for us to confirm if it is abnormal
2. Relocate the unit and ensure the heater is on a stable, secure surface
3. Try to apply lubricant to the base if the noise only happens while the heater rotates

Why is my LED screen blinking?

1. Ensure that the voltage and frequency is the same as required in the user manual

Why are the buttons on the control panel not working? Why is my remote not working?

Note: Danger of explosion if battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type

Why does my heater shut off randomly?

1. Check if it is due to that the timer is on
2. When the set temperature is reached, the heater will stop working, and come back on when ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature
3. When the ambient temperature is above 50°C / 122°F, the heater will stop heating and the overheat alarm will be triggered with malfunction code "FF" on LED display and beeps. Please unplug it from the power source and power it on again when the ambient temperature drops below 50°C / 122°F

Why is the OSC function not working?

1. Make sure the Oscillation Function has been activated.
2. Relocate the unit and make sure the heater is on a stable, secure surface.
Note: If there is cracking sound when oscillating, please try to apply lubricant to the base if possible.

Why is the appliance so hot?

1. It is normal that the surface of the heater will become hot during use. Normally, it is below 55°C.
2. For Radiator Heater, the surface of the heater may reach 80°C maximum
Please unplug the power cord and wait the unit to cool down, then restart it

There is odor coming out of the heater, what can I do?

For brand new machines, there will be a slight odor. It is recommended that customers use it with ventilation for the first few uses to dissipate the odor

What can I do if the heater is tripping during use?

1. The power exceeds the home circuit load. Please unplug other high power appliances and try again
2. If it is tripping due to product short circuit, replacement should be arranged

What does E1 code mean?

Quality built !

Happy with this heater for the money. The fan could be stronger to help move the heat around the room. The safety and the heavy cord gives me piece of mind.

Stylish and Silent, but Limited Range

The best thing about this heater for me is its remarkanly quiet operation. The low noise level ensures that it doesn't disrupt the peace of the room, making it ideal for use in a bedroom or office setting where noise can be a concern. However, where this heater falls short is its heating range. While it performs admirably in smaller spaces such as an bedroom, I found it less effective in larger rooms, particularly my living room. It struggles to generate sufficient heat to cover large open areas.

This heater is quite AF i could not even tell it was on. I can feel the heat from several feet away. 1. No bright led at night it dims according to the light around you. 2. No bright temp led constantly in your eyes 3. Really Quite AF 4. Dreo is high quality honestly have bought now a fan and this and they have been perfect. Dreo if you are listening please make a wifi version of all your heaters you offer!

Powerful!!

THis space heater is wonderful! Efficient and does a really good job warming up our living room. This has a lot of features and is very easy to use. The plug is heavy duty and doesn't get super hot.

The Heater is Fantastic.

This space heater is fantastic, it is virtually silent and produces enough heat to keep my bedroom warm. I especially like the fact that I can use the remote to control it and can silence the beeps when adjusting the heat levels. I also noticed that it has a very thick cord and plug so that I dont have to worry about it getting hot and melting the cord. It was packaged well, and all of the contents were safely placed inside. Another great feature is that it oscillates so you can warm the room evenly. A bonus is that the heater looks great and functions even better than my previous space heater.
