Points & Coupons: Points are issued based on the actual amount paid and are valid for 365 days. Redemption coupons are valid for 30 days. Only one coupon can be used per order; coupons are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Order Notes: Returns or cancellations will void any earned points and discount eligibility; refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid. If an order is canceled due to stock or system issues, used points/coupons will be refunded.
