Why my tower fan won’t turn on?
Make sure that the cord is connected to a powered outlet and the mains voltage corresponds with the voltage indicated on the fan. Check if the power adaptor is securely inserted into the power outlet and the tower fan. To Press the power button on the control panel or via remote.
Why is there no air coming out?
Please re-plug the power adapter. Then press the power button/remote control. Please switch the fan speed to a higher level. We recommend you check the air inlet/outlet and see if there are any obstacles and abnormal deformations.
Why is the tower fan not powerful?
Please switch the fan speed to a higher level and normal mode. Remove any tall obstacles that might block the airflow from the fan. Position the tower fan closer to you to get more direct airflow. Note that this is not an air conditioner. Combine with your AC unite to circulate air more efficiently.
Why my tower fan is making vibration and noise?
•Place the fan on a flat, level surface. •Check whether the base of the tower fan is correctly assembled. Do not operate the tower fan if the base has not been installed.
How can I mute the prompt sound?
Method 1: Press the mute button on the remote control to turn on/off button sounds. Method 2: Press the mute button on the control panel to turn on/off button sounds.
How does sleep mode work?
Usually, fan speed decreases every 30 minutes. Speed decreases by two levels at most and will remain constant if at level 3,2 or 1. The sound of the prompt will automatically turn off.
Why is the Oscillation function not working?
Check if the fan body is stuck or entangled by the cable. Press the oscillation button on the control panel or via remote. Please check if there’s an Oscillation icon on the top left corner of the screen.
Why does the tower fan shut off randomly?
Please make sure if it is due to that the timer is on.
My remote control does not work. What should I do?
Remote control batteries are old & used or inserted incorrectly in the battery compartment. Replace with new batteries. Follow the polarity guide inside the battery compartment.

The gold tower fan arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The gold color is my favorite. It blends on well with so msny neutral color schemes. My bedroom is different shades of beige and it looks se good in the room. The fan feels more like an air conditioner. I really don't get it above the 2nd fan setting. I've bought so many different fans and Dreo is my favorite in function and appearance.
I was looking for something to replace an old school box fan that would be easier to clean and not take up as much space. This checked all the boxes, it's super sleek and stylish, fits in the room much better, and runs great. It's super powerful on the highest setting and has a nice wide throw. It's also pretty quiet. Would definitely purchase again for other rooms.
I’ve had my Dreo tower fan for about two years now, and overall it has worked great. Recently, the base started feeling loose, so I tried to adjust it and unfortunately a bottom piece ended up breaking.
I reached out to Dreo’s support team not expecting much since the fan was already a couple years old—but I was honestly blown away. They responded incredibly quickly and were super kind and helpful throughout the process. They explained that they would send a replacement for the broken piece, and I really appreciated how clearly they communicated everything.
When the replacement arrived, I was surprised to find that they actually sent me an entirely new fan instead of just the part. That level of customer service is rare these days.
The fan itself performs really well, and knowing that the company stands behind their product makes me appreciate it even more. Huge thank-you to the Dreo support team for going above and beyond.
I wanted a quiet running fan for my master and guest bedroom that would turn off its lights at night too. This fan meets those criterion. I wouldn't recommend this fan for the living room as it doesn't have as much power but for a bedroom it's great.
Everything went well! From the delivery of the fan to it's initial set up. This is the 2nd Dreo fan I own because it delivers what it says it will do! Could not be happier!
I have 3 Smart Tower Fan Pilot Pro S, they are the BEST TOWER FANS that I have ever owned. They are supper quite on the highest setting and move a lot of air. I am planning to order 1 or 2 more, that is how well I like their performance.
4 Stars for now, I just received The Dreo Smart Fan yesterday August 3,2025. Assembly was very easy. I am currently reading the product manuel. I will send a updated review soon.

This fan is great, the air is cold and barely audible when set below speed 4. Even at top speed it’s not super loud and easily slept through. It has been a game changer.
Exceptionally quiet on speeds one through five. On speed one and two you don’t even know that it’s on. This is the quietest tower fan I have ever seen. Excellent product and I am very, very pleased with the design, functionality, and the remote. It was very easy to put together, although the base did require some hard snapping and pushing down to put it together. However, once the base was assembled, the top went on easily, and it powered up immediately. I am really highly recommending this tower fan as a perfect companion to a room that needs circulating air. This is my second Dreo product; the other is a humidifier, which works very well in the bedroom. I love this fan and cannot recommend the product more. And when it’s on sale during prime days, it’s a very attractive purchase.

Shhhh.... It's actually still quiet after 2 years. This is the QUIETEST fan I've ever owned. The remote control features are very handy. They're good looking and work quite well. I will return to this product brand.

Simple to setup & use. Had it going in less than 5 minutes. 12 different speeds to adjust the airflow. Comes with a simple remote control. I like that you can mute the sounds when changing speeds. Can use it to oscillate to cool down entire room or set it to cool off one particular spot.
awesome fan for my bedroom. its has a powerful breeze with up to a 12 setting which is really strong. i usuually keep it on 7 which provides plently of cool breezy air. there is a natural setting which mimics the ups and downs of a natural breeze outside and gets lower and higher. i prefer the normal constant fan breeze. it is strong enough to cool the whole room. no issues with the fan breaking down. had this for about 1 year and is working great still. it has an app so you can control it from farther away but i don't usually need to do that since i just turn it on before i get into bed.

Initially I bought the Pilot Max S as I loved my Nomad I had purchased prior. However, the Pilot Max S had a specific sound at low speeds when oscillation was on that drove me nuts. I went thru 2 return processes with the fan thinking I just received a lemon before deciding to just "downgrade" and try this one, the Pilot Pro S. The main difference seemed to be that the Pilot Max S had a more customizable oscillation. While this in theory sounded semi-useful to have, in practice I also did not like how limited the customization was as it did not give the option to point the fan as desired, rather just to limit its rotation to specific preset angles. I also theorized that the oscillation motor used in the Max S to support this, was likely the root cause of the noise, and I bought the Pro S with this in mind as it seemed like the right choice. Nervously, I tried oscillation on my new Pro S, and was delighted to hear the near silence I was expecting!
I didn't touch on it as these are expected from Dreo, but the smart features work well and the fan cools nicely. Though the Max S is more expensive, in my opinion the Pro S is the true flagship product from Dreo if you are looking for a fan that has good power but also with the option of almost dead silent running on lower speeds.
I just received this DREO TOWER FAN for Bedroom. its a good product and easy to instalate. This standing fan with 40ft far airflow , its cooling with 12 speeds. Than the price is affortable, it deserve 5 stars.
The fan pushes an abundance of air and is super quiet. I have owned the product for a couple years and still operates like new. My reason for the review is that my granddaughter recently knocked over the fan and broke the base. I reached out to the company; they were understanding and sent me a new base at zero charge. What company does that anymore? Awesome fan with exceptional customer service!
After reading many Dreo fan reviews and watching review videos, I opted for the Dreo Pilot Pro S. So happy with this fan! First, it's tall but has a manageable footprint. I've been able to place it in multiple locations around my small apartment without feeling like I have a giant piece of equipment in the way. Like others have mentioned, it feels a bit wobbly on its stand but is stable in operation. Secondly, it is quiet and dimmable--these were key features in my search. Not only is the fan itself quiet (at top speed it is still undisruptive), but there is the ability to mute the function buttons. Power and air flow are great. My last Honeywell Tower Fan had a high top speed but never felt like the air actually moved far enough. I can place this fan in the hallway outside my open bedroom door and feel the air flow while I'm in bed, even at upper low speed range. The smart app is great--I actually prefer using this on my phone rather than the controls on top, which require scrolling through the settings. It's easy but just extra clicks. The app shows all functions with easy toggle or slider bars. This is my second Dreo fan--I have one of the 13" desk fans, as well as Dreo space heater. Great products.

I contacted DREO and they asked for me to take it apart, which I refused as then I wouldn't be able to return to Amazon. I told DREO I was returning the product and would give a bad review. DREO wanted to make it right and said they would directly send me a replacement free of charge even with me returning the broken fan to Amazon for a refund. I received the replacement from DREO and it works perfectly. Kudos to DREO for their fantastic customer service. That's why I'm giving this four stars.
