Why is there no air coming out?
2. Press the power button/remote control to power on

Why does my heater shut off randomly?
2. When the set temperature is reached, the heater will stop working, and come back on when ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature
3. When the ambient temperature is above 50°C / 122°F, the heater will stop heating and the overheat alarm will be triggered with malfunction code FF on LED display and beeps. Please unplug it from the power source and power it on again when the ambient temperature drops below 50°C / 122°F
Why is the OSC function not working?
2. Relocate the unit and make sure the heater is on a stable, secure surface.
Note: If there is cracking sound when oscillating, please try to apply lubricant to the base if possible.
Why is the appliance so hot?
2. For Radiator Heater, the surface of the heater may reach 80°C maximum
Please unplug the power cord and wait the unit to cool down, then restart it

This oil filled heater is just what I needed for a room that would seem too large for a small heater...... but it is not. The room this is throwing heat for was once an indoor pool - the room is surrounded by windows. We winter out outdoor potted plants in this room - and it seems to keep the absolute cold at a minimum. Middle of winter will tell more, but I am positive it is just what we needed. GREAT products from DREO.
Bought the heater caster broke contact a customer service they said they would send me one here it is 9 plus months later and I have yet to receive a caster so it makes me really wonder if they're going to honor their five year warranty if it does break
Their customer support sucks the caster on my oil heater broke contacted customer service they said that they were going to send me one here it is 9 months later and I still have not received it you figure a simple caster they would have no problem sending out being that it does have a 5-year warranty so it just makes me wonder if the heater stops working are they actually going to honor it
The product is well packed when it arrival to my address. It has also 5 years warranty!
