Cleaning and Maintenance
It is recommended that the heater be cleaned at least one time during the operating season and before off-season storage in order to provide the optimum level of performance.Always disconnect the appliance from the mains by switching it off and removing the plug from the power outlet before cleaning.1. Turn the heater "OFF", unplug it, and wait for the heater to cool down.2. Use only a soft cloth to gently wipe the outer surfaces of the heater clean.3. Do not use any cleaning agents or detergents.4. Never immerse the heater in water and never allow water to drip into the motor housing. Be sure not to wet the heating element and the switches.
5. Do not allow water to run into the interior of the heater as this could result in a fire or electric shock hazard.
6. For storage, you may leave the heater covered to protect it from dust. Store it in a cool, dry location and arrange the cable away from traffic areas so that it will not be tripped over or damaged.
Why is my heater not turning on？
1. Ensure that the voltage and frequency are the same as recquired in the user manual.2. Check whether the LED light on the panel is on when pluggedin.3. Ensure that your heater is placed on a flat and even surface.4. Ensure that the temperature is set to be higher than the aimbient temperature.
Why does the fan heat up so slowly?
1. In ECO mode, touch + to adjust the set temperature.2. In Power Heat mode, touch + to adjust the heating level. 3. Ensure keeping the doors and windows closed.
Why is my heater generating so much noise?
The higher the gear setting of the space heater, the louder the noise will be. We recommend turning down the unit speed to see if the noise will be reduced. Please record a brief video of the issue and send it to support for confirmation.
Why are the buttons on the control panel not working? Why is my remote not working?

Why does my heater shut off randomly?
1. Turn off and unplug the unit. Allow it to cool and plug into the electrical outlet again.2. Place it on a flat, level, and stable surface.3. In ECO mode, the heater will turn off automatically when the set temperature has been reached. This is normal. If your heater turns off frequently, please raise the set temperature, or switch to Power Heat mode.4. When the 24-Hour Auto Off feature is ON, the heater will shut off automatically after continuously running for 24 hours. Please turn this feature off.
How to turn on/off 24 hours auto-off feature?
The heater will turn off automatically after 24 hours of working to save energy and for safety concerns. This function can be active or disabled.- To Turn this feather OFF/ON, long press the time button for 3 seconds when the heater is on standby; the display will show 0F and 00 respectively.
Why is the OSC function not working?
1. Make sure the Oscillation Function has been activated. 2. Change the air blowing angle from 120°/90°/60°/30° Oscillation via remote or control panel. The LED Display indicates the angle of the fan angle accordingly.
Why is the appliance so hot?
This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, etc. And curtains are at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides.
There is an odor coming out of the heater, what can I do?
For brand-new machines, there will be a slight odor. It is recommended that customers use it with ventilation for the first few uses to dissipate the odor.
What can I do if the heater is tripping during use?

Works good no issues with so far. Just wish heating mode fan was stronger
I was hesitant about getting one for a long time(high electricity usage!) But I ended up getting it with a nice discount..and it's been a very good putchase fot this time of the year. Looks very nice and modern and very efficient...the most important thing is this heater is really silent...at H1..H2 you couldn't hear anything ..and it gets the whole room cery hot in just minutes...for the electricity; it's better than the central Heater for the whole Apt..we just get to heat the area where we seat..and controle it from a distance too with the remote control. So it's very efficient and a good purchase. I hope it will last for a long time without any issues.

Despite the disturbing delivery issue mix up, I love it. Summer, yet still used the heat on cool nights, and very much enjoying the fan mostly now; the reason why i wanted it, having both the fan and heat settings are important. I hope it'll provide many years to come, as the heater it replaced.

This device was easy to use, very durable, great size and functions great. The heat it puts out is amazing! Some heaters have an odor to them when they heat up, but this one has no smell. The remote also makes it easy to use. Would recommend this one.
Very good heater. Appears not to be expensive to run. It could do with some sort of remote access - Wi-Fi or just even a timer to allow it to heat and turn off without interaction
We have two of these for our 2,500sq ft home and they keep it nice and warm on chilly days. I love that I can lock it so my toddlers can’t mess with the controls. It’s nice and skinny so it doesn’t feel like it takes up space.

I bought this to heat a drafty room that is 50 feet long by 17 feet wide with 12' ceilings and it's great! SUPER quiet, easy to use, and is very effective.
Love this company. The heater puts out gentle, heat. It has many settings for Eco, Fan Only, Heat settings, etc. The oscillating function makes it so efficient. It is so quiet. As all their products I own (ceiling fan, tower fans) the motor is so quiet you can barely tell that it is powered on. The space is I put it in is a little large so I'm ordering another, smaller heater from Dreo directly. Their customer service is phenomenal so I am a loyal customer for years to come. I do wish they sold a smart heater for the U.S. market as all the other Dreo products I own are working perfectly in my smart home.
I bought this item because I have used and loved the Dreo fans for a couple of years. I already love this heater. As soon as I got it, I set it up in my very large living room. I felt a noticeable difference in the air temperature after only half an hour. It is doing the job of two space heaters. It is very comfortable in here now. This heater is also very quiet and has an eco mode for energy efficiency.

Thought I was just buying a fancy heater and was pleasantly surprised to find out it's a fan too! Yeah, I didn't read the description before buying. What got me was the rotation. It's a wider swath of fan/ heat coverage.
Please note that I plugged this into a multi plug and it overheated. I was going to return it but, my brother said it overheated because it has to go directly into a plug, not a multi plug or extendion cord. So, I am not going to return it now. It has different setting so pay attention to the directions. Wish they had a location on the heater to put the remote and a small direction card so I don't lose them. Maybe in another world. It is a modern style and looks nice as far as heaters go. Not as strong as a radiant heater but, definitely prettier.
4 stars because maybe it doesn't matter to most, but I won't be able to use this heater: 1.) Not suitable for bedroom / night time use if you are bothered by ambient light - the power button, plug icon, and "Eco" icon will stay on even in the automatic dim mode. Would have much preferred a full LED on/off option. 2.) The unit doesn't actually display the current temperature in "Eco" mode, making it very difficult to know where to set the temperature at since you don't know what temperature the heater thinks the room is currently at. I suppose you can try to guess listening for the temperature the fan activates at but that I would prefer a heater that doesn't require that much guesswork just to maintain a temperature.
This heater heats up my living room quickly and it works flawlessly. The controls on top of the heater are backlit and are easy to see. without eye strain. The remote works easily and controls the temperature, which is great. The size is just right and is easily moved from room to room. The safety features are great. It has a tip over function which shuts the heater off, the plug is filled with features that protects it from overheating and shorts. which can cause fires. It has a child lock which protects children from serious burns. It also has a fan only setting to help when a fan is needed, so no getting a fan out. I like it for its ability to heat up a cold room fast.
This unit replaced an older Lasko of the same dimensions. The Dreo is better in every way. It is quieter, the room heats faster and overall it uses less energy. My energy report for the same period as last year, with similar temperatures outside, show a nearly 35% savings over last year thus far. This may change when it gets even colder, and if so I will update the review. The best part is that it is super quiet and the thermostat works very well.
This thing actually works, the set up was easy and it’s easy to use. It was able to heat up my small room no problem! I was very surprised, I thought it was going to be small I’m glad it’s not! It’s tall and slim fits anywhere and is great space wise. I was a little nervous just Amazon’s tends to deceive you. But this is not it! It’s great and works well! I’m just happy me and my dog won’t freeze to death!
I didn't give it a 5 only because it's not -10 to -40 Celsius yet. That's when the real test begins. This heater blows a lot of heat and it's so quiet that I don't even realize it's on. I stopped buying oscillating fan heaters years ago because they were noisy and just seemed to blow and push drafty, cool air. I'm trying this one mainly because of the 'large room' description, the height and its functions. During the past five windy, rainy, 4 Celsius days, in an 18'x15' living space, this heater has been working well at levels H1 and H2 (there are 5). However, I don't know if it'll maintain the whole area at 21-22 Celsius, even after I winterize the windows and patio door. It is heavy so it may not easily tip over. When the heater was hot I laid it on the floor, it beeped about five times, the cool fan ran for 30 seconds, then it shut off. Now, the remote. The surface is smooth with very pale greyish symbols on an all-black surface, rather than a visible highlight colour. I use the heater mostly in the evening and until I memorize where the functions are, I'll have to shine the light from either my cellphone or laptop screen, or turn a light on to find the symbols. So far I like everything about the heater. If it doesn't heat the whole area, I'll purchase a second one to place closer to the exterior wall area.
My office is about 400 square feet and has 4 windows. It's never been warm, despite having a space heater 3 feet from my legs. I put the Dreo about 12 feet away and the entire room is toasty. In fact, if I don't keep the door closed it will heat up the hallway and confuse the thermostat. I was very skeptical and now I'm a believer.

Was skeptical at first but after using it the first night to heat my large combined living room & kitchen space.
