Place the appliance on a flat, level surface. Be sure not to insert anything into the air inlet and outlet. It is normal that the fan makes a little noise when manually adjusting the fan head.
My appliance is not misting.
Turn the mist level to a higher setting. The base may have too much water. Empty the base and refill the water tank (not the base). The air inlet may be blocked. Make sure the mist nozzle is not blocked. Make sure the appliance is placed on a flat surface. The water temperature may be too low. Turn the mist level to the highest setting and let it run for a while, then adjust it to the desired setting. If the water tank or base has been washed with detergent, rinse thoroughly with clean water to remove any remaining detergent. The appliance will stop misting automatically in the event of low water. In Auto Mode, the appliance will stop adding moisture when it reaches the room humidity target. Make sure the water tank is installed properly.
There is white dust in the water tank.
You should descale the appliance regularly. Using purified or distilled water can help prevent the formation of scale.
The mist produces an unpleasant smell.
Use purified or distilled water only. It is not recommended to use tap water. Change water regularly to avoid dirty water accumulation. Clean the appliance and keep it dry for 12 hours with the water tank cap detached.

Put it on my back deck to help keep my plants cool during the 100+ degree weather we're having. It has helped bring the temperature down at least a couple of degrees.
I absolutely love this fan. I live in a hot and dry climate and was looking for relief during our most recent heat wave. I’ve always loved the misting fans whenever I’m at a restaurant or business. I am beyond grateful that DREO designed a misting fan that I can enjoy in my home. I used it for the first time last night while I was sleeping. I love this fan so much. I bought a smaller table desktop version of it for my living room. I am telling all my friends about this wonderful product. If DREO could consider making a portable on the go misting fan, that would be great!

This is what I have been waiting for. My bedroom has high ceilings and the a/c vent is under the bed so it's hard to cool off my room but with this misting fan, it helps lower the temperature and helps the a/c cool my room. The only problem is I wish I knew of this sooner!!
After a few hours of use you can see a cloudiness in your room from the mist it puts out and it's great. The room feels cooler and a lot fresher than without the fan . Don't think I could do without it now. It was delivered quickly and boxed up securely. Just love it.
I'll start with the pros: it's very quiet even at full speed, yet still throws a good amount of air. The misting feature is as cool (pun intended) as they say - it really helps cool the skin down without making anything feel damp around it. Works amazingly well for indoor exercising. There's a good amount of customization between fan speeds and the amount of mist. But there are a couple of cons. #1, even when the water tank is empty, it's HEAVY. you won't be dragging this thing around much from room to room; they made that base solid as heck. #2 WARNING: the water tank is not secured AT ALL. Your handle to move the fan around is on the back of the top, which means tipping it forward. Not thinking the water tank would just slip out but... Yes, I dumped about 1/4 gallon of water on my carpet. You guys need some kind of click-in system for that water tank to keep it secure!! But now that I know that I'll be more careful. It's still a great fan.

This TurboCool misting fan is a game changer, it is literally not like anything else! I can't get over how radically better it is than normal fans! And I had to really put it to the test because this summer I am in a place that only has a wall/window unit and it can get a little over 80° inside. As promised by DREO, the 765S actually lowers the temperature. I've only started using the misting today because the regular fan has been enough for the several days that I've had this, which shocked me. It is not in anyway wet, it is actually powerful vapor, just so cooling. It looks neat to see it blow out too, yet there's no water residue anywhere. The unit is beautiful. I got a white one. I love the multicolor feature. You can change the colors, set the colors, make colors, or even turn off the colors from being lit up. By the way, this is a very, very tall, large circumference, solid, sturdy fan with weight to it -it is nothing like other tower fans. The power is phenomenal going across the room. I was going to measure everything before I wrote a review, but I just wanted to get it out there that this thing is absolutely amazing, and definitely according to specs. Also, the app is fun and easy and I am not someone who wants to fool around with non-intuitive apps for electronics. I am in no way sponsored, I bought this, was in the market for a fan, but, in fact, I heard about it because of somebody's YouTube channel. This is my honest opinion, and I write it down because I wouldn't have known that it was any different than anything else, but it really is.
i’m a big DREO fan. i have several fans, and air fryer . RO water purifier . this however i’ll be sending back. it leaks, and every time i move it it wants to pop out of stand .

It blows a breeze that cools you down immediately. It has great range; it is simply fantastic and very convenient.
Easy to set up, sits perfectly with no danger of tipping over in any direction. Nice to have the ability to control with touch or the app. More on the app in a sec. Plenty of options, still learning the best settings to fully maximize it. Powerful and quiet. The tank could be an issue for some. It can be a bit heavy to carry if you have to carry it thru rooms. Easy to install and take out. The app, well I own another Dreo fan and even tho I added the new one to the app, it disappears, yet the other doesn't. Also, the remote will control the other fan so I can rarely use it.
We absolutely love it. We use it in conjunction with our AC (heat pump) and have been able to raise our thermostat to 75 or 76 from 70, saving electricity and staying cool. Right now in our area temps are 100 to 103 with heat index of 113 but we’re staying cool and taking the strain off our ac. Win win.
It is worth the money
I have yet to have a problem with a Dreo product. The Misting Fan is another great product, you do feel the cooling from it during the hot times.
