This fan has 6 working modes with a total of 8 fan speed levels from level 1 to level 8. In Auto mode, the fan speed can adapt to the ambient temperature and change accordingly.
How should I clean and maintain this air circulator? Is it possible to disassemble it?
Yes, the grill and blades of this fan can be disassembled. The following disassembly steps are for reference only: 1. Remove the screw on the front grille and rotate the grille counterclockwise to take it off. 2. Remove the blade cap by rotating it as shown and take the blade assembly out of the shaft. 3. Rinse the cap, blades, and grille under running water or with a clean, damp cloth. 4. Dry up all parts, and insert the blade assembly back into the shaft by aligning the D-shaped points in the center. 5. Align the point on the front grille with the right point on the casing, then rotate the grille clockwise and install the screw back in place. Repeat the steps for the rear grille.
Why is the indicator light not on during operation, and why is the LED display screen off?
This fan has a Display Auto off function. If there is no operation for 1 minute, the screen will automatically turn off, and the indicator light will also go off. You can wake up the screen and indicator light by touching any button. To disable this feature, please go to the Dreo app. If the indicator light does not turn on when you turn on the fan, please contact support@dreo.com.
Why can't the air circulator be turned on/off?
1. Ensure that the cord is connected to a powered outlet, and the mains voltage corresponds to the voltage indicated on the air circulator. 2. Check if the power adapter is securely inserted into the power outlet and the air circulator. 3. Press the power button on the control panel or via remote to turn on/off the air circulator.
Why is there no air coming out?
1. Replug the power adapter. 2. Press the power button/remote control to power on the air circulator. 3. Check the air inlet/outlet and see if there are any obstacles or abnormal deformations.
Why is the air circulator shaky and wobbling?
1. Check if the surface is flat. 2. Check that the base is properly installed as instructed. 3. Check if the base of the fan is normal, as foreign objects may affect stability.
Why is the air circulator not powerful?
1. Switch the fan speed to a higher one. 2. Clean the inlet grills and test the air circulator again. 3. Check if the air inlet is blocked by any obstacles.
Why are the buttons on the control panel not working?
1. Test with remote control. 2. If possible, take a short video and send it to support@dreo.com.
Why does the remote not work?
1. Test by controlling the air circulator via the control panel. 2. Replace the battery in the remote as instructed in the User Manual. Note: Danger of explosion if the battery is incorrectly replaced. Replace only with the same or equivalent type.

Honestly, this is the best home fan I’ve ever seen or used—I’ve never seen anything like it before. Its design is fresh, unique, and modern. And honestly, the fan does an excellent job of circulating and moving the air. I tried it during a heatwave, and it lowered the temperature in the living room—which is actually one open space with the kitchen—and I didn’t feel hot at all. This DREO PEDESTAL FAN is everything I could ever want in a fan!!! its built very tough and has a very gorgeous new age futuristic design that is unlike anything I've ever seen before now! it has the option of up and down oscillation or left to right or if I want both that is also possible! It's easy to clean because it has removable fan blade covers that i can remove and soak in soapy hot water to give it a great thorough cleaning. this fan has a heavy base that ensures that Im not gonna brush by it and knock it over. i use the touch buttons or when I don"t want to jump up to adjust the settings I can use the easy to use remote.The best part is that this is also a smart fan that can connect to wifi and I downloaded the Dreo App to be able to cut on the fan whenever I'm away from home and I want to cool the place down right before i get home! First of all, this fan looks great. Very futuristic. And this robot can blow some air. Has 10 different speeds. The fan oscillates in every direction. Horizontally and vertically. He actually moves the air in the room. It is Comes with a remote control but also has an app so you can operate it with your phone. Very convenient. Super simple to put together. Just attach the base with one screw to the fan with the tool that comes with it. Very happy with this fan. This is by far the most powerful oscillating fan I've ever owned. It's incredible. The base plate of the fan is heavy and is the bulk of the weight which keeps it stable. Assembly is simply attaching the fan to the base with the included screw and washer. There's also a small screw driver included in the box. I really like the remote features. It's nice being able to cycle the fan speed, oscillating modes (up and down + back and forth) remotely. The instruction manual indicates you can download a smartphone app to control the fan via Bluetooth. I'm just using the remote since the fan is so close by. There is also a remote holder that attaches to the fan for safe keeping. The power supply is not huge, but will take up the lower section of a surge strip or wall outlet. The fan is really quiet at lower speeds and is only noticeable around 4+ (up to 8) on the settings. The front shroud is removable to you can clean the fan blades. I really like the compact design (doesn't take up much floor space) and the fact that it can be angled in just about any direction.

Perfect fan. Very heavy sturdy base, adjustable all directions oscillation. Noise level during the night is acceptable up to speed 4, after that a bit noisy. Few modes and scenarios on the dedicated app makes my life much easier. Turbo mode is really powerful. We have the Shark fan in our house to compare this with and although there Shark has portability this is so much better in functions and features. It is better looking and takes up less room as the footprint is a little smaller. Having an App to control the fan also is a great addition option. The full up, down, left, and right motion is a game changer and makes this fully live up to the term Air Circulator.
It might not be the cheapest option but this is worth the money if you have the budget for it.
The fan offered 10 speed modes and a Turbo option for that additional increase over the 10 base modes. By far the best mode is Auto because it also has its own thermostat and will increase in speed as it gets hotter. speeds 1-4 are practically silent and still offer great circulation in an average room

Wow, just wow! I am seriously impressed with this Dreo Fan. We've been sweltering through some warm days already, and our old fan just wasn't cutting it. Decided to give this one a try, especially with the smart control features, and I'm so glad I did.

I LOVE THIS FAN!!! I can't say enough good things about this fan. We don't have AC and it works 100% better than I ever expected. Even though I live where it's cold and rainy most of the year, when it gets hot, it gets hot! I love the bluetooth, wifi and timer functions. I can't tell you how much having the timer and wifi capability has helped. Being able to turn the fan on when at work when it got warmer than expected, is a godsend! We bought one of these about a year ago and was so impressed, I bought another one (this one) to replace a tower fan that died at the end of summer 2024. It's expensive (more for a fan than I would normally pay) but considering the way it works and functions, getting another one was the only way to go and well worththe price. It's functional, fairly quiet except when it's on turbo but that's to be expected. Be skeptical of other reviews that say it's whisper quiet. It isn't unless it's on low, like 3 or less. It's stylish and has a pretty small footprint. One thing that I wasn't sure about was the fact that it wasn't a tower but to be honest, I started questioning why I wanted a tower that tried to cool the floor instead of at the height bodies are, in the bed, couch or in a chair. The circulation rotation of up and down and side to side, cooled way better than a tower ever could. Again, I love this fan and will eventually replace all of our fans with one of these. This is not a paid review and purely of my own opinion of use. DREO, please don't start cutting costs so this fan ends up in the category of 'fans that suck'.... :)
