Why is my heater generating so much noise?
The higher the gear setting of the space heater, the louder the noise will be. We recommend turning down the unit speed to see if the noise will be reduced. Please also try the following steps

1. Check if it is due to the timer being on.
2. When the set temperature is reached in ECO Mode, the heater will stop working, and come back on when the ambient temperature is lower than the set temperature.

This heater is hot when in use. To avoid burns, do not let bare skin touch hot surfaces. Keep combustible materials, such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, etc. And curtains are at least 3 feet (0.9m) from the front of the heater and keep them away from the sides

Bought this for my small apartment. Wall mounted gas heater is either too hot or too cold (and ugly). So far the Dreo hits the Goldilocks zone I’ve been hoping for. I hardly notice it’s there (but look at it anyway because of its excellent design aesthetic!)
I run this heater for my bedroom off a 560AH lithium battery and a 2000 watt inverter. The eco function is important for this as the system can run all night for a few nights. Love how quiet it is and love how the lights on the display automatically shut off at night and turn on in the morning. I also love the app. Great product. Thanks!
I just got this heater but only had the chance to use it once as it is in my basement in my sewing room. I do have an electric fireplace unit in the corner at the opposite end but it still wasn’t as warm as I like while down there. This unit makes a huge difference. I love the fact that the outside of this unit stays cool as I placed it next to a bookcase. It heated up my space within minutes. I will definitely enjoy using this during the cold months.

Unit was simple to install. I use it to keep my garage(22'x22' with 9' ceiling) warm enough to work, usually 55 degrees. Unit is very quiet and the eco setting with thermostatic control is great! It's wi-fi compatible which let's you control the Unit from anywhere via the Dreo app. Very pleased with Unit at an incredible price!
Ordered this Dreo wall heater through Amazon. Works amazing for my 250 sq ft room. Was having problems with the internal dreo thermostat matching the ambient temperature, which you can calibrate it, and getting the unit to update. I reached out to customer support(Spoke to Tina and Jennifer through email; very wonderful and helpful) and not only did they give amazing support to help solve my problems, they sent a replacement dreo wall heater, and one of their Dreo air circulator fans for my troubles. Instead of them just throwing out random answers for support, they took the time to ask questions and verify your problems with pictures and videos if possible, so they can accurately give you the correct support needed, so their not wasting your time. I would recommend this wall heater to anyone. Able to set schedules, use your phone anywhere, any time to operate or adjust your heater. The heater doesn’t use a lot of energy either, I check my electric app everyday and haven’t noticed a huge increase in power consumption (KWH). In ECO mode, the unit will turn on and off once reaching set temperature to save you power. It’s small but mighty! Super safe around kids and pets and way lower chances for a fire. Best heater purchase. Attached are pictures of the heater and the problem i was having with the thermostat. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH A COMPANY. I just bought 4 of these beauties for my 1200 sq. ft. 2 story 1940 home on the Oregon coast. They were very easy to install with the included template with built in level. Drill 4 holes, screw in the top 2 screws, mount the unit on the top, and then use the slick bottom mounts and screw in the other 2 screws. Plug it in, grab the remote, and you're off to the races. They look great, modern and clean, and put out very decent heat. You can feel it across the room with the nice oscillating louvers. Couldn't be happier.

I first bought one for a spare bedroom and it worked great. So then I bought a second one for a small bedroom and that one made a clicking noise. Contacted the manufacturer and they sent me a replacement and everything I needed to send the other one back. Great product and great people to deal with.

So I got 2 of these the smaller skinnier one and this one...I keep the smaller on in my hunting room which has all of my hunting clothing and gear and it works great to be able to turn it on with my phone and it has good power and good options...solid 4.8 out of 5 stars...And this larger one is even better...GREAT controls...The phone App option is awesome...It produces a great amount of heat as well as fan power...The fact that you can control the fins in 3 different positions and also do oscillating is amazing...I have had several different heaters from several different brands and DREO is the IT factor and the bees knees...I love these heaters and if you are looking at buying one and the setup and the look is something you like DO NOT HESITATE TO BUY THIS UNIT OR THE SMALLER ONE!

I needed a solution for our sunroom, which is off of the bedroom in my very old home. There is baseboard in there, but it is manually engaged at the baseboard unit. The room gets very cold in the winter, and we have a lot of plants in there that we would like to see survive the winter. We did some not smart stand-up space heaters, but they are incredibly limited. Love that I can mount this on the wall. It took just a few minutes to do so, and the mounting template with the built-in level was really nice. I downloaded the app, got things linked up, and had this thing up and running within minutes. It's fantastic. It's smaller than I thought it was going to be, which was great. Has done a great job so far, and I like that. I can see the heating statistics within the app.
This heater is great. I bought 2 to heat a Skoolie project and so far I've only needed 1 running. Lot of air moving for its size and the fan is super quiet. No unusual smells or sounds. Little to no heat buildup on the mounting surface. The thermostat works well also.
Put this in my tortoise shed for the winter. Replaced two oil heaters and works faster and more efficiently than those!
